Airtel Unlimited Internet Offer

Airtel is promotionally offering Unlimited Internet to any customer who wish to subscribe DSL services on or after 28th Oct 2016. As per offer, Airtel will provide additional 100 GB of internet per month, in addition to the base plan chosen by customer. The free data will be available at the speed of base plan. The offer will be available to the customer for 3 consecutive bill cycles only. However, customer shall continue to enjoy subscribed base plan speed and usage.

The Offer is valid only for select DSL broadband rental plans. however, Offer is not availble to special, commercial or enterprise plans.

connectivity and consistency is poor, though some users are comfortable with avarage speed as far as surfing is concerened. but when you play iO or other online games, then broadband's ugly face is revealed. customer care works round the clock and good service is done on proriorty bases in central delhi. you start receiving sincere calls from 8 am for site visit. o.k for new commers though but better options are availabe in this price range of 1000/- to 1200/- pm. ...

I took the new broadband connection on 8th march 2017, and still now i have made 7 complaints because there is no internet connectivity, there is no response from customer support and the engineers are not visiting the place, such a bad and hectic service experience, they simply thing customers are fools to simply call to customer care service and raise the complaint, henceforth no more airtel, simply bluffers ...

Very poor service in Bangalore. Once you log a complaint, the first action they take is to close it. Then you call customer care, they give you a new request number and it again gets closed without any action. Finally when you call nodal officer, you get another service request number. If you are lucky enough, you may get a solution for a simple problem in 20-25 days !!! This has happened several times in last one year. Oh, they are very prompt in charging fine if you don't pay bill on time thou ...

None of them is reliable. Speeds much poorer than promised, frequent breakdowns with speed going down sometimes to zero, promises and more promises but all meaningless. One should therefore not ask the question: which is better. Instead ask which is less bad. My own experience is that BSNL, in general, gives less bad speeds but with a higher frequency of breakdowns. Airtel gives good speeds until your reach FUP limit but then it sinks. I would still say that BSNL is less bad. ...

Airtel is very near to the phase that it’s name would be found in history only.they are cheating people with there schemes in pressure and competition to gio they are giving very reasonable data packs but there intention is just how to demolish and expire the packs very earlier.
