I am using BSNL broadband at Jaipur for around 10-12 years. Its like suffering. Their quality of service has not improved since 10 years and it is same as almost it was earlier. They have increased the speed and more data is provided now but it is impossible to get unterrupted internet in a single week. I got the so-called high speed FTTH connection through an agent. The installation which was promised in 2 days happened after 2 weeks. Then landline got disrupted. In spite of repeated pleas and complaints, I had to personally visit the BSNL office with a formal letter to have my voice heard. After 2 weeks, the line was repaired.
