While speed is not bad, their customer service is pathetic. Our internet was down 3 weeks ago - 1. First of all they don't lodge the complaint when you first call 2. Secondly the call center employees don't provide you with the technicians number and they don't coordinate to setup a conducive time for the technicians visit.
