Its Good for Domestic connection. For Office purpose , its worst I've come across. CIF form itself wasn't submitted, they started raising invoice. I am using this almost 1 year. Connection stability is very poor. You may get service outage once in two weeks for sure. They tell the same reason again and again. And please do not go for 6 months or 1 year plans. They do not even respond for any complaints and dare you to disconnect. If you are connecting from home this is not a good option. I had subscribed to ACT for high speed 175mbps last week. So far the experience has been very bad. The speed hardly reached 20 Mbps on lan and less than 2 mbps on wifi. Logged a SR on Monday 14th. It's been 4 months since I disconnected my ACT broadband and they won't remove the ACT box off my home. Been sending emails to them, they create a ticket for nothing. It is still not removed. Since the time i subscribed for 60mbps speed, never got more than 20mbps of download speed. The toll free customer care number provided on the act fibernet page for hyderabad doesn't exist. So practically you are not left with so many options to log an issue. If somehow you are able to reach out to them on email, they take 4 days to just reply back that they will address the issue, another 2 days to resolve it.
