Pathetic supportI am using Act fiber net from past 3 years. I recently moved to new house and asked Act support to move my connection to new place . Its been 1 week I haven’t gotten my wifi working at new place . Worst part is customer executive keep saying everyday that they are escalating the issue and within 24 hours your net will be running. They keep saying that field executive will visit the place and call you while coming. Its been a week I didn’t recieve any call till today. Its really disappointing because of this my work got impacted. Really pathetic service.
Sucky Customer ServiceI am facing issues with intermittent connectivity as the connection drops a lot. I called up fibernet they kept saying the technical team will get back to me since 31st Dec and they haven’t reached out to me yet. I heard ACT is the best but their support sucks donkey arse! I am changing my ISP. ACT can go to hell I and I won’t pay them for this month!
ACT FIBER NET offers poor serviceHi all. Please don't go for act fibernet when there is an issue they will take 18hrs to solve it and we need to file a compain in customer care for the solving of issue.......it's totally stupid service.....
Good Internet but worst serviceRight from taking the new connection, installation, activation and configuration the serive provided was very very poor. Even for a small query you will not get the resolution up front, there will register your query provide you with the ticket no and you need to wait till there call you back. 1. The new Connection - Executive had very causal behavior was busy in entering the other new connections documents in his tab. 2. Installation - Without any prior information the installation person calls in the afternoon and informs that he is coming to install it, when I told him that I am in office and asked him to come after 5pm he straight away disconnected the call. And I called him repeatedly and by luck, he picked my call and informed that he will get the installation done the next day at 10Am, however, he didn't turn up nor attended my call, customer care was hardly of any help, It’s been a day since I am using it internet speed is right. Taken storm plan, however the worst service lets everything down.

Terrible unreliable experienceI have been a customer for two months now. When it works it is the best thing ever. 4k videos without buffering, almost no competition when it comes to speed and FUP limit. Unfortunately it fails to work a lot of times and I have had to make more than 5 complaints in this period with issues ranging from faulty modem (purchased from ACT)which I had to spend out of pocket to fix ping spikes to over 3000ms 4 instances of periods over 24 hours without internet the latest being over 48 hours
Customer care is patheticI was an old customer for ACT in Girinagar Bangalore. I had requested for shifting of connectiion but since they took more than a month I thought i rather disconnect and apply for a new connection. I requested for a new connection in (D-Group Layout, Bangalore) but they are not providing me connection in my area. There is ACT connection 3KM surrounding my area but not in my area. I am not getting a decent internet in my area and hence contacted ACT. I was told that connection is feasible in my area when I had raised a shifting request. And now you tell me the connection is not available in my area when i go for a new connection. How is that possible???? This area is very much a part of Bangalore and I badly need a decent internet connection. Please check.
Very b bad serviceI paid money to them...for 6 months....its almost 5 days...no connection... As of now....it shows their ability to customer. First of all its new connection...and sales rep also not lifting call...
Useless customer care and technician'sIt's been a over a month that there is a issue been registered multiple times and none of them bother to resolve the issue. Customer care is pathetic at least the local chaiwala would understand the problem. As a user I know the problem but the useless customer care and technician's are so poor in their jobs.

review about customer service responseThird class customer service response . since 5 days we r calling daily but till now problem not solved. every tym asking about problm n saying withn 24hrs ur problm will be solved but again when calling after 24 hrs same thing happening. even we requested to put as a emergency n urgent complain but no respond at all from whole of the ACT team.so disappointed.
