Fast response but worst service.First I got good speed then problems start appear and speed becomes decrease from 40 mbps to 15-20 mbps. And also not open their link which is provided by their member.
absolutely NO classservice is literally third class if you had to call at their customer service then you must be really free because they wouldnt pick your call up you gotta keep trying number of times most of the time the internet is down and when its not they wouldnt provide with you the goddamn speed you had paid for so i would really suggest you to opt for some other service because this is total crap...!!

Very BadDear Sir I am regular user of your airlink Broadband Connection for last 5 Years. and very much Satisfied with the Service of Airlink I am Shifted my Office From Parle Point to Vesu from 1 May 2017 and I Am Gives You the Shifting Request on 5 May 2017 but there Nothing done From Your Side Till Now. Every Day i have to Call to Customer Care and Every time i am getting the Same Reply that Marketing Person Will Call You and same thing happen From past 3-4 Days but Work Hasen't Done Yet. Worlds worst service provider.This is by far the worst internet service facility you can get in the entire world. Initially they will make all type of promises to provide you the service within 24 hours, installation free etc. But once you pay them, they are done. They would not come before a week to install your wifi, ask money for installation and would not give the service no matter what you say them. When you ask them for a refund, they would deny and say do whatever you want to. It's a con company. I request you not to fall for this company and their fake promises.

very bad, most worstif you want to take airlink connection. i am telling do not take. better use your 2g simcard that will give you better speed. i had 25Mbps plan and i am getting download speed 2Mbps max to max that is by my good fortune, not regular. u will get a speed of max 400kbps thats all. customer care is also very bad and not going to listen u.
For me now it becomes worst from bestI shifted my internet connection and also filled up the form with a payment but after one and a half month also I didn't got my connection as not only more than month but also my shifting fees, calling charges to airlink(again and again) lead to negative thinking towards airlink. They keep on saying to send someone to fix the problem but still now I am suffering from lot of problems even in my studies too just because of airlink. very disappointed from airlink.

Third grade, unprofessional and rude ISP providerFew days back you have stopped intetnet connection without prior notice given to me. after I called and loged the complaint I was told that your box was taken out from some building because of no permission hence internet is not working. for this you waited for me to lodge a complaint? after complaint you fixed problem in 2 days and after that router has stopped connecting devices. when I called back I was told that it's router issue and you have to come to office to fix it. When I told them this was not told me when I bought router, they told me that they have given me information for the problem and now it's my choice. I'm not sure why router has stopped working after your man visited my house and now i'm being harassed to bring that router to your office. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY HARASSMENT. While purcharsing connection from your sales person Mr. Bharat, he has not mentioned me that for issues with routers, i've to visit your office. For this matter when I called him and said that, he rudely told me to take whatever action I want to. this is not the way to handle customer. Therefore I want close this connection and refund money. Let me know how soon this can be done.

WorstCustomer service is worst. They have no authorities. They can only register complaints. They can not solve it. No speed. In 50 mbps plan, you get 15-20 mbps speed only. Totally sucks.
Airlink brodband offers worst connectivity, one it loss it will be repaired after 20 to 30 day...Bad connectivity, not satisfactory solutions of loss connectivity it takes to repair your connectivity just 20 to 30 days. Employees will answer your problem will be solved tomorrow and tomorrow is tomorrow never comes.....
