My new connection from the day one runs at 2Mbps in Chennai City; however, plan covers up to 40Mbps. So please don't go with their tag line as "India's highest speed broadband network". Response of customer care is atrocious... everyday a new call and a new commitment to resolve the complaint within 72 hrs. They have no clarity that which 72 hrs. they are talking about.
