I am facing extremely poor broadband service from Airtel. My connection was upgraded to V-Fiber a month ago and since then the modem is continuously rebooting causing us a lot of inconvenience. Very disappointing service, i got a new broadband connection last week, was promised a 40 mbps speed but got only 18 mbps, there was no interest from next day, complaints were raised follow up were done n number of times, all customer care executives n esclation managers were just hopeless had no idea about what they were blabbering,, finally no one turned up or even called up to see if problem was fixed. 1. Claims the 9GB high-speed limit to be over after downloading less than 1GB every month, for last two years. They are thieves. 2. Very poor service in Bangalore. Once you log a complaint, the first action they take is to close it. Then you call customer care, they give you a new request number and it again gets closed without any action. Finally when you call nodal officer, you get another service request number. If you are lucky enough, you may get a solution for a simple problem in 20-25 days !!! This has happened several times in last one year.
