1. Claims the 9GB high-speed limit to be over after downloading less than 1GB every month, for last two years. They are thieves. 2. I have been trying to upgrade my bandwidth since last 5 months and no action has been taken. They always come with an excuse and ETA of 3 days to 10 days. Call them again and you get another ETA. connectivity and consistency is poor, though some users are comfortable with avarage speed as far as surfing is concerened. but when you play iO or other online games, then broadband's ugly face is revealed. customer care works round the clock and good service is done on proriorty bases in central delhi. you start receiving sincere calls from 8 am for site visit. o.k for new commers though but better options are availabe in this price range of 1000/- to 1200/- pm. ...
I took the new broadband connection on 8th march 2017, and still now i have made 7 complaints because there is no internet connectivity, there is no response from customer support and the engineers are not visiting the place, such a bad and hectic service experience, they simply thing customers are fools to simply call to customer care service and raise the complaint, henceforth no more airtel, simply bluffers ...
Very poor service in Bangalore. Once you log a complaint, the first action they take is to close it. Then you call customer care, they give you a new request number and it again gets closed without any action. Finally when you call nodal officer, you get another service request number. If you are lucky enough, you may get a solution for a simple problem in 20-25 days !!! This has happened several times in last one year. None of them is reliable. Speeds much poorer than promised, frequent breakdowns with speed going down sometimes to zero, promises and more promises but all meaningless. One should therefore not ask the question: which is better. Instead ask which is less bad. My own experience is that BSNL, in general, gives less bad speeds but with a higher frequency of breakdowns. Airtel gives good speeds until your reach FUP limit but then it sinks. I would still say that BSNL is less bad. ...

No proper customer support for disconnection. During change of home I have requested for disconnection. Airtel service provider came home and collected there wifi router provided during connection. I was informed for no bill amount during disconnection from home .
