Worst customer service in the planetIt was 20 days ago, Airtel broadband connection assshole( sangamesh) comes to our office, begging for us to go for an attractive offer. We some how were fed up with act connection too, started liking his offers and fake promises. After 10 days, we had some issues in the connection broandband stopped working. we called that assshole, where he argued with us to call airtel customer care and we did it and took the Fuckking appointment of that assshole. That sangamesh motherrfuckker is so busy, so busy that, he didn't came here till today. It's been 8th day now, or may be some gang is raping his wife from past 8 days, if so I feel sorry for scolding him, but how come I know if he is alright? Coz, that @sshole is not even receiving my call. At first he received n told' tomorrow sir'. Again on next day he repeated the same and the same on day after. Till today I was very polite but finally I lost my temper as my office's 9 computers were of no Fuckking use! I called [email protected] morning n threatened him if he doesn't come today, am gonna write bad review online. He said the gang stopped raping his wife today and so he is coming. I was waiting on office that too on Sunday till 8.30 pm and till then he was responding, but suddenly he started disconnecting my call after receiving. He did that 3 times and stopped receiving the call after then . I got so pisssed up right now, I don't know what I am gonna do tomorrow, but decided to write this review. Guys if any Airtel broadband executive tells u that they gonna give beat service in the city, put Ur **** in his Fuckking mouth, especially if his name is sangamesh!!
AIRTELOne of the worst service is provided by Airtel, I had applied For a new broadband connection, for payments they follow up like anything, but for instalments no one is ready to come. Think twice before applying for new connection.
Very Bad Broadband (Airtel)For the amount they charge its very slow and speed fluctuates a lot(Mostly slow). Make browsing or using social media even slower. When you exhaust the data, the connection will be slow to a crawl(will take you back to stone age speeds). When they say its a 715 package, beware it does not include other charges like service tax, other taxs. The amount shoots upto 840 per month. One more thing they will not provide you the phone which they say they would(this connection has disturbance in it). Airtel says to check the land phone we are using. But after using various land phones their rep himself confirmed there is a disturbance in the line. Never got rectified. They will not update you regarding reduced prices and higher band width packages. When you ask, airtel customer rep will say upgrade is free. And when you upgrade they will charge you more on the name of new modem(twice the modem's market valve), which would be useless modem with very less wifi coverage with frequent disconnection and fluctuating speeds(Mostly slow). Its only shows good speed on(ookla) speed test(their agreement I guess). Other speed test services will show you the actual speed slow speed. Plus they will still be charging you your phone connection charges of rupees(99). So, now when you upgrade, New modem(cheep modem) price(500 or more+ tax), your old modem with airtel is useless now(keep it, they say) and 99 your phone package(99+ taxs) from previous airtel connection before upgrade(you have to call airtel to deactivate this package, how bad is that) and then remaining amount(previous+ tax(including the phone pakage(99+ taxs) and 700(+ taxs) will give you a heart ache bill. By the time you call airtel and get this rectified(which they will not) you are overdue(over due amount+ tax). Put all together(+taxs). What happen to the installation charges(Taken for first time, before the upgrade). Shame on airtel. Bottom line for the above is "Upgrade to new package is not free and useless". When you complain about the slow speed(new upgrade). Their rep will play time and ask you all the details and simply answers "you are viewing unsafe websites(my office site)" which makes my net speed slow. Airtel customer care will say "we will get this rectified" and a lot of people start calling you in odd hours(from Airtel) and will start asking you the same questions from the start. No one will rectify anything and if by chance while in office(working) not answer their calls, you will get a message that the issue(ticket) is closed. Then speed is good for two days and again the same problem no proper speed. You dont feel like you have upgraded anything. Its the same slow(fluctuating speed). When you cancel, they will not refund your installation charges(old or upgraded one). Airtel will tell you keep the modems(cheep, overpriced and useless) with you only. YOU WILL ONLY FEEL LIKE YOU GETTING CHEATED BY AIRTEL(WHICH IS TRUE). Shifting to Act Fiber now(recommended by friends). Very less to pay with higher bandwidth and package(no fluctuating speeds). Bad customer service or not. You will at least not get cheated or fooled for the amount you pay.
Bullshit service and teamAfter a month taking a request for broadband connection silly people say due to technical reasons connection is not possible. God save this company. Bullshit service unprofessional team. Ported my airted post paid to jio.. dnt want any kind of association with sick Airtel
Unprofessional customer care.. patheticI asked for the reactivation of my broadband connection on 7nov with a commitment from them that they ll fix it up in next 72 hours but after ten days also nobody has turned up.i am calling customer care everyday and hearing their lame excuses. Talked to seniors also but seems all are same and they dont value coming business and their cuatomers too. Jio is coming in broadband arean to pay you airtel for this pathetic service and client relationships. Just wait for some more time to cry!
The worst service I am gettingDear all. I am living in south delhi and i am getting most worst service from airtel. The speed of internet is just like an Aunt. Aunt can be run better. Many times I placed complain but they dont respond. You can see that in south delhi they are providing service like this then you can see what will be of other location.
The worstI started with Airtel 6 weeks ago. I am sure this could be the worst service. I have no connection for the past 2 weeks and despite many reminders nothing has been done to restore.
Thumps up to airtelðŸ‘I am using this connection for last 2 years. Their quality of service is v good. I am getting 40 mbps 24x7 with no hiccups. Customer care is also very responsive. I recommend to my friends. Above all free LL calling service pan india on any network free. Thumps up to airtel. I am waiting for their iptv.
AIRTEL is the worst in the world.AIRTEL is the world's worst broadband service, I have 220 GM and 40 MBPS speed plan, spending 2250 per month but the connection is not working properly. Those companies are making us CH*****. My problem is all HD videos are buffered and take time to connect.
Worst Network in the worldAirtel should spend money in rectifying their mistakes than advertising in the channels saying they are the fastest in India but being the slowest in the world. The customer Service is so pathetic and the majority of the Frauds in India are working in Airtel. Wherever you go and whatever you do, they cheat. Don't go for Airtel and it will bring you Waste of time, Money, Stress etc.
