Worst service everIn last 2 weeks this is the second time i have raised a complain. With alliance that too i am forced cause i am a working person i dont get time on week days.else almost daily morning i see either my net connection is broken..none of the sites including yahoo j gmail are not opening...else i only get to see youtube is loading fr rest every site i get a page cant be reached or request time out. I have been a user since last 2 yrs now m so much fed up wth the bad service....i would rather go for any connection but not alliance. So if u guys are atleast reading my complain please do a favour or looking into it.
Alliance Broadband - Layyman's Cable & Broadband Networks, DumkaI have been using Alliance Broadband in Dumka since last 1 month and I am quite satisfied with its speed and service.
VERY POOR INTERNET SERVICE WITH UNWILLING SUPPORT & UNPROFESSIONALI am using alliance broadband service for more than one year . But now a days connectivity is getting a major issue , 15 days in a month my internet stay's down . After several time informed to the local operator & help desk, Yet no action is taken to resolve my issue . Instead of resolving issue local operator is behaving too much rude . My connectivity is still under major flapping .THE MESSAGE I AM GETTING FROM ALLAANCE IS " NA POSALE CHERE DAOW , BUT KONO CHARGE RETURN KORBO NA "
PATHETIC ALLIANCE BROADBAND SERVICEI have taken this connection on last Seven days , within this period for last two days line is down . No one is bother about the customer care .. It's better to take cable internet from local cable operator . My area Parnashree Behala .
Very poor internet service with unwilling supportI had taken an internet connection from Alliance Broadband through local cable TV operator Ezyvision in IA Block, Salt Lake, Kolkata, with the hope that they will provide reliable internet service. The speed to their internet connection was good. However, just a after installation, it drizzled a bit and the connection showed its ugly face. Data transmission became extremely slow, with intermittent disconnection. The technical support personnel blamed my new DLink router for the problem and asked me to connect directly to PC. When that too did not solve the problem, they asked me to wait for a few hours for the problem to solve. It did solve the next day, when the Sun was shinning brightly. This kept on continuing and even the local cable franchisee kept on blaming my router. They even said that their internet connection was meant to be used directly on PC and not through router. I tried to reason with them that how could it work smoothly when it was not drizzling, but they stuck to their point. Then, one day it rained a lot and the connection stopped working for more than 2 days. The customer care asked me to wait for a few days for service to return to normalcy! Sensing great trouble, I decided to call it quit. The local franchisee personnel were very rude and did not feel it necessary to provide continuous, uninterrupted internet service. They did not feel that some of the users are heavily dependent on internet service. They think that once they receive the payment for a particular month, it is up to them to maintain the standard and / or continuity of service. I have given 1 mark for service and customer care, because there is no option for awarding 0 marks in any field. I shall advice everyone not to subscribe to Alliance Broadband internet service.
Alliance Broad Band - Worst service : Never Select as ISPAbsolutely hopeless service provided by this alliance; they outsource their technical works to local hubs; who are completely unprofessional in behavior; any way, in a single month, their connection is tripping almost 3-4 days interval. You can never trust on the connectivity; when I had Airtel 4g, I hardly had to worry for the service, it was so smooth and regular. Alliance is most unpredictable connectivity ever found, even more unpredictable than BSNL. I will never encourage any one to go for this service.
bad servicehorrible service by mominpur team kept calling them over a month , they are not responding and even asked me to disconnect the connection . which i have got just few months back
Good connection bad serviceVery good connection good speed. But their service are very very poor. They don't bother about the user. You will never reach to the customer care for any complaints. They will stop the internet for their internal work and let the user suffered.
Very chutiya internet.My ISP promised me the plan STARTER but he gave me STARTER PLUS pack and kept charging me for the STARTER pack. Alliance is the worst network ever!

CUSTOMER GRIEVANCEDear Sir, I am a customer of Alliance Broadband at Jalpaiguri Town WB since last 4 months. In later part of July'2016, the NET connection was disrupted & matter was informed telephonically to Mr Amar, Manager to restore. After dilli dallying, one person was deputed by him in first week of Aug'16 & after few days, we were informed that MODEM has to be sent to Kolkata Office as they perceived some defects in MODEM. Now after a month, when I talked to Amar today evening, he demanded Rs.1000 from me for replacing with a new modem as the earlier modem circuit is destroyed as reported by your Kolkata Office. Now my grievance is who is supposed to bear the expenses of new modem.Is the customer the owner of the modem or the Service provider. Please clarify urgently at my mail.
