Inconsistent ServicePlans sound great, but the speed is ALWAYS inconsistent. Every time you call up customer care to complain, they send a service executive who comes and fiddles with the modem and goes. Nothing changes. Try another ISP.
#Asianetbroadband services sucks.#Asianetbroadband services sucks. Every alternate month for 1 week your net will be down and they keep saying there is some issue with the line rather than fixing it on priority. I have been requesting that I'm doing work from home and to fix it asap, but in vein. They take the payment for the entire month in advance. Customers should be claiming a refund for the no of days its causing a loss to them. Pathetic service. Sub code - TV144071
The worst ever.The worst internet service provider in this century. Unstable connection that doesn't get rectified even after repeated complains registered with customer care. Very poor technicians hired to sort network issues. Every single time I register a complain, the response is it is already sorted or will be sorted soon. But they never solve it. Never ever take Asianet broadband. Stay far away from this.
Worst connectionThe connection is always unstable. Our connection speed is 50 mbps theoretically. But most of the times it is 5 mbps. Very poor customer care also
DisappointmentI will say this as i have being using this poor service for years,those times were not bad due to usage being less but it all started in end of 2015 i think,poor connection at first then loss of connection,speed became less got some stupendous speed now a days.Gonna go for better plan which is 40Mbps which much better and faster than Asianet,Dear new future customers please look at other broadband service those guys will give better,faster,competitive speeds,data plan etc.
ASIANET broadband has very poor serviceIts waste of money.. Asianet broadband has very very poor service.. I am totally disappointed.. Whenever we calls to customer care compliant section it will b busy always and they won't call back.. I am trying to contact them from last 4 or 5 days.. Always it is busy and no return response even.. Very bad..

The best speed and services a isp can provideVery good service speed and also nice customer care service.. If they give a speed of 20 mbps you'llget it through out the entire time... Awesome work asianet.
worst technical and fulfillmentThis company is going down! If any one else can provide a decent service, this won't last Issue is more with their technical and process set up. There is no way to get anything changed without they missing it multiple times. Just don't have a process in place for them to do fulfillment in a efficient way.
Terminate account its betterMy customer ID CN18055, I have been using Asianet Broadband from 2007. Last year I had an issue with the payment, have made the payment through Asianet broadband website (Online Payment). The amount has been debited from by account, I have raised the issue on Sept / 2016 with the proof (SMS, Bank statement and Transaction ID). Till Now may 2017 the issue is not been closed. Two months back my connection was disconnected due to this, Have received call from your account team and as mention I have forwarded the mail, Till now I have not received a reply mail for this. Today 27/5/17 I have the same issue (Connection disconnected â€“ amount overdue) . Its almost 6 to 7 months iam behind this and not getting any response from your customer care. So I thing its better to terminate my connection. There are other internet provider who provide better service than yours with efficient customer care and instant action. So please terminate my connection as soon as possible. Recently I have referred one of client to you and right now he not at all satisfied with the service. So itâ€™s a request please terminate my connectionâ€¦.
