Fraud Service provider in BEML and tubarhalli areaWe took bbnl internet service on july 2017 from Sathish Sahli in tubarhalli Bangalore.. He dint give us receipt for the amount paid, but we do have his watsapp conversation and a checque given by him as a proof for our amount paid..when ever we faced issue with internet he took 1week to resolve that and now after 3 months, since 15days we are not receiving internet and even after repeated calling he is not answering..even tried calling BBNL cusomer care but of no use..Please do not take connections from BBNL whitefield area..Name of the person Sathish Sahli Fraud

Worst Than EverWorst Service in Srirampuram . Dont ever go for this. i would never ever recommend for BBNL for to any of my friends and colleagues. They wont care about customers importance. they are money minded people.
BBNL is a group of local roudies into Dish/internet providers..!!These people are a network of local brutes who forces the public to buy their services irrespective of their poor quality of services. They don't let other good service providers to enter into their area NOR they themselves better their service. Public are the sufferers. PLZ DON'T ALLOW THESE PEOPLE IN, IF this is the case go with BSNL. If you try to go with other pvt service providers, these people will trouble to the end, like, cutting the wires, interrupting the network etc, etc..

GoodWe've been using bbnl in our area Govindapura Bangalore past 3months.. Its very good.. Have kept the modem in 2nd floor and the reception in very good even in 1st floor..
It was ok before couple of months back but now it's patheticI'm using bbnl broadband from nearly w or 3 years it was ok but from past couple of months it's gone bad and it's really bad... I feel my mobile Internet provider is giving an higher speed....
BBNL 10Mbps 100GBVery Good!! great speed, buffer less video streaming. one draw back is data transfer speed is limited. having 10mbps plan but when i download some big files it download speed is only 1mbps.
Worst service nice plans. Dont go for it.The speed is nice, the ping is good. But whats the use in these two when the service is shit. I donno about other areas but Nandini Layout has the worst customer service. I would rather use my mobile network to download files. Just never fall for their awesome plans. Their service is nothing but a piece of shit.

BBNL offers worst connectivity and ServicePlease don't go with BBNL. They are giving franchisees to local people who don't understand the meaning of service but simply want more connections to earn more money. I would urge to go with ACT or BSNL and DEFINITELY NOT BBNL.WORST OF WORST SERVICE. Especially don't fall in trap with BBNL.
download N upload is good no fup on unlimited plansPros :1 speed is good. 2.ping is good cons: one of the worst customer service in the entire world i guess...just imagine it cant be even compared to bsnl... if u got a problem they will solve within few mins/hrs ,if not they takes ages.... eg: if no problem occurs then this is good isp ,if problem occurs they plz dial 1 call daily ,so on a average 20-30 calls per month to get it fixed.... Bangalore jayanagar guys who are planning to buy plans from this isp stay away

BBNL offers best connectivity but ISP should know how to behave with customer.I was very much happy with the quality of the Internet until yesterday. No one had told me about how to make the payment. I was expecting someone to come and collect the amount. However, my Internet connection got disconnected without any notification. When I tried calling the local cable operator, I believe his name is Ashok, I called him on his number 9108002142 he was very rude when I asked him send someone to collect the amount as I was not aware how to pay it. He asked me to come to his office to make the payment. Post my shift I went to his office at Jakkur, Bangalore at 7:50PM which was closed. I called him again but the call was disconnected. I called him again then he started talking rude again saying why I am calling him again and again. He asked me to wait as someone is coming to collect the amount. I was waiting for him at his office for about 30 minutes. Later, 2 person came and I gave them Rs. 1150 â€“ as I wanted to change the plan from 5MBPS to 25MBPS. They said the connection will be activated within 20 minutes. Since I was working on a project, I trusted them and expected the connection to be activated within 20 minutes. But since Internet was not active even after an hour I tried to call on the same number, someone else picked up the call and he asked me to call at 9108002145. I tried calling on the same but call went unanswered. I called back on 9108002142 again and request him to activate the connection. He asked me to wait for some time.
Waste of time and money.I have been user of bbnl for 10months. Even though they announced 10mbps speed before connection,at the connection time they said we have to go for 5 mbps upload/download. well i still went ahead since it worked for me. But from the very next month i started having trouble. if there is power cut internet is out. Inspite i have a ups at home i cant use internet. Second from last June every month there is disconnection for 10 days. If u call theier customer support you get saying " please call to your area office". And when u call your area office nobody damn responds. Well the worries dont end there. Even if you get somhow connection working the ping would be so damn high you cant even open google in it. God bless those who work from home trusting this network.
BBNL 25mbps unlimited very fast.Hi I have been using BBNL for last one month experience till now has been awesome. After initial hiccups of the connection speed and service has been outstanding kudos to the service they have been providing I can now download a movie of 1.4-1.5 GB within 20 minutes. I stay in Talakaveri layout Amruthahalli Bangalore north, I recommend to you if stay nearby.
BBNL connectionI have BBNL connection for the last 1 month.The speed and the tariff are quite ok.So far the service of attending to complaint is alright.

IT'S WORST SERVICE IN OUR AREA HULIMAVUPlan and cost vise better, but service is the worst. It'snot working continuously , every time disconnecting and there is no UPS backup. When power cuts it's not working.

BBNL Broadband Bangalore (Sad service)Dont Buy BBNL Broadband service, they have exiting plans but these plans only works when they show demo or install first time for you. Suppose you buy 10Mb/s Plan , at the installation speed will be 10Mb/s and later it will by 1MB~3Mb/s constantly and most of the time there network will DOWN means every night till morning 10AM. When you call for support they will not response at all. It would be you luck if they response your query and resolve the issue. For example, From last 20 days I am getting 1Mb/s where my plan is 10Mb/s. When I called for support they are not picking the call. when they pick call Every time they say now its working there are some issue check now the speed. When they tell check now means it will work as per your plan. Exactly, what happening you know, when any complain reported they will restart there server immediately means all active user will disconnected, all active downloads will stop/paused for all other user, now user speed will increase you will get the shared bandwidth. This bad experience I am getting from long time. It would be better if you switch to other internet service or user mobile 3G/4G. Mobile network is far better than BBNL.
BBNL Sad ServiceDONT BUY BBNL. Its the sad support you can ever get. Dont expect any professional response from the support folks. They would say its working as designed or if its not working then they have no clue what the F issues is.
