WorstWorst service provider. BSNL employee behaves rudely and are so lazy. BSNL have to change first their employees attitude. In all department BSNL is worst. If there is any problem in connection than wait for God only. BSNL feedback services are very poor.
DissatisfactionFirst of all, services are not at all satisfactory, I have registered complain 4 days ago, yet no solution found, we are calling the customer care they says, someone will come and visit and will resolve the issue but none comes and leave us hanging in the air. It's not one or two time its actually a daily episode.

Bsnl is too slowIn a country like India I prefer for faster internet.But bsnl cannot provide the proper speed I pay 1100/month for 8mbps 60gb But i always get not more than 5 mbps Act provides 75mbps for 1100/month WHICH IS WAY BETTER Please never ever buy Bsnl connection OR SUFFER AFTER BUYING
Poor service and nerd employees, rating -50 out of 5 : frustratedDo not use this service provider , first two month it worked properly but after some time service getting worst , disconnected any time , speed also slow down only one thing is working perfectly and regularly is billing system of BSNL , Customer care executives making you fool every time did not solved any problem after many times of complains
Very unreliable, never steadyI am using BSNL broadband at Jaipur for around 10-12 years. Its like suffering. Their quality of service has not improved since 10 years and it is same as almost it was earlier. They have increased the speed and more data is provided now but it is impossible to get unterrupted internet in a single week. After every 1-2 days, the internet goes on and off without anybody knowing about it. You are very helpless when your complaint is not heard for more than 4-5 days. And BSNL do not work on Saturdays, so normally it takes almost a week to correct the mistake. Their staff is also not technically capable to attend the problem.
Useless Quality should be used on moonThis is a stupid fraud and totally corrupt ISP provider Dont use it go something for other but not this STUPID BSNL totally useless service and yes they solve complain by phones so if you had great patience then use this else dont think of it
RAJKOT: BSNL Broband is a Joke on your face.Rajkot, Gujarat City. BSNL Broadband Internet Speed + Services + Complaint everything about it is a Joke. They crack this with every customer and show middle finger after you subscribe. Prices are quite high and service Hah they don't care. Problems? it happens every single day! They don't get this business actually. Worst of the worst experience ever. You can not complete your work on time. and forget about emergency work while you require the internet. If I was a Taliban or Isis member the first thing I'd do is BOMB BSNL building along with the employee.
BSNL:Typical government organization. Big staff power-Poor deliveryI got the so-called high speed FTTH connection through an agent. The installation which was promised in 2 days happened after 2 weeks. Then landline got disrupted. In spite of repeated pleas and complaints, I had to personally visit the BSNL office with a formal letter to have my voice heard. After 2 weeks, the line was repaired. The speed of 4Mbps was promised, Actually it was slower than old dial-up connection. POOR SERVICE, POOR CUSTOMER CARE. PATHETIC BROADBAND SPEED. NO VALUE FOR MONEY SPENT. Deposit will be refunded only after 2 months. (Installation payment lost). A BIG lesson learned. NEVER GO FOR BSNL.
BSANL Chennai BBMY BB bill says remain connected hrs is 700 hrs for a particular month ie, full (month 24*30 =720hrs) how it is possible to remain connected for a full month day & night without sleep.
BSNL is one the most inconsistent ISPs of the country.First of all, whenever I register a complaint against internet problems, it is redirected to the lineman, who has no technical knowledge of how the internet works. I'm currently using 1199 INR plan which should ideally provide me flat 200 kbps. When I get internet link, speeds received hardly exceed 30 Kbps. Since 2 months, I have been facing issue of dsl link on router. Got my router checked at authorised service center and no issue was identified on the device part. I had to report to the service center twice for the same. But the actual problem lies with the broadband line, which the bsnl authorities are reluctant to check. They say that if the telephone is working, then there should not be any issue with the internet. What kind of shitty logic is that? My internet doesn't work even though telephone line is in sound condition. BSNL has no technical support to tackle broadband discrepancies. They have 3rd party guys, even they don't have the technical expertise to understand customer issues. And we are being realized that customers always play the blame game even if there is no problem. I'm well aware that BSNL is instrumental in setting up of internet facilites in the village areas which is a commendable step. But being a semi-government organization, it is its duty to do so. That doesn't mean it should give poor servies in urban areas. Waiting for the day when cities like Nagpur will get reliable ISPs!
