Pathetic Customer Support, They Harass you for bill payment even when you have disconnectedWhen i shifted from Chandigarh, I have gone to the Panchkula office and submitted the router and also made the final payment, Now after 2 years I am receiving SMS that they have filed a court case against me for non payment of bill. When i called the customer care they said the bill has been geenrated after I have placed the disconnection request, And also said that i have not submitted the router to them. However, I have the original receipt (pink color disconnection form) with me preserved which clearly states that i have made the full and final payment and also specifies the item received by them, i.e. router, lan cable and router adapter. These guys harass the customers by generating false/illegitimate bills and then sending sms that they have lodged court case and try for settlement by giving them bill and Rs 2500 extra as their legal fee or whatever. Never ever got for Connect Broadband again!!
Request a new connect connectionI've submitted new Connect WIFI request and got the approval from the concerned (Head team,Technical team). But after some delay in completing the request I enquired about the status and found that the Technical team is not co-ordinating and refusing to grant me new connection with some lame excused. I want to let you know that my immediate neighbours are too having the connect connection and that is working fine. So the lame excuse of technical team is beyond my understanding. I want the concerned Head to look at this matter and provide me quick update on this. As delay in connection is causing me loss. Also let me know if I have to seek approval from some where else or not. Immediate action will be appreciated. Thanks
ABOUT COMPANY & SERVICESI am using connect broadband it since 2 months. Bahut Bekar company hai. Intna Missguid karte hai, Plan me btate kush or hai or Bill Ke waqt Kush or bolte hai. Baaki net ki speed bhi 5mbps ki batate hai or actual maximum speed 1mbps ki hoti hai. Koi Care Nahi hai hai.. Fake

Worst customer serviceI have requested connect call centre vide my email on 27 th to disconnect .company sccepted my request on 1st vide their emai. But surprisingly they issued the the bill till 10 th . No body from call centre is ready to listen.
Worst customer serviceWorst customer service ever we have asked the operator to cut the connection in the month of June but they didn't consider it as we have paid full bill in the month of July but we are getting calls from your office for the payment of the bill.we have been to your office three times regarding this in sunny enclave but they are not getting it clear and calling us again and again we are not so workless that we go every day to your office regarding this problem so I request you to fix this problem ASAP

Worst service everI have connect broadband connection to enjoy high speed internet at low cost but it is not working for the last 15 days. Everytime I call customer care, they tell to wait for 2 days. No one responds from office. Moreover they have sent me phone bill of full amount despite of informing them of the long pending fault. Now they are telling that amount will be reduced in next bill. Phone line is still down and their "2 days" are yet to come.
Not goodConnection is not stable even the phone line some time automatically dead some time live. Connection taking a long time to establish with devices.

Bad serviceBad experince of my life with connect broadband. Very bad service, bad customer support, no one respond to email, no one take action on registered complaints just came to close the complaint no proper solution. Every day we registered complaints but no one is there to take action on that.

Worst then worstConnect broadband is even worst than Tikona and other cheap providers. My name is Rohan Sikri resident of Guru Har Sahai dist Ferozpur. These people are money eaters. In every month for atleast 8-9 days their internet does not wor and wen I said to remove connection the internet got off very next day and after 4 months I am getting bill for amount to pay. I did complaint many times, every internet provided has different way of deactivating their connection from customer side. They never told me procedure. So now since Nov 2016, my bill is same even I paid Rs 700 as suggested by connect people still remaining amount is not adjusted. No one is there to listen your compalint. When I call on customer care number no senior is ever available. If I do complaint internet is not working they takes atleast 2 and half day to rectify, even their cables are of no worth. Useless services and useless crap people.

Worst Services everMy Problem: My connect profile lowers everyday in the evening. My downstream comes between 1535 and 3536 means this is only 1 or 2mbps. But I have 4 mbps plan. Not Only this I am agree to pay more money as I really need 8 mbps speed. Resolution: No resolution yet, Your connect persons are asking me to lower the plan. Because they are unable to resolve the problem. They did not understand what I am working with this internet. I am a freelancer and I have heavy workload of clients. This internet serve my family. They all try to convience me to choose lower plan. Instead I am asking for 8mbps or more but they all did not understand my work. You are feeling proud that you are going to give 100mbps but Your services are failed to satisfy me on 4mbps plan due to which my work is suffering. But see your bill pay emails and message coming frequently. This is stupid.
Pathetic servicesNobody can provide you more terrible service then these crooks. Their employees admit themselves that we tell you different plans when you call and when you come in person. So you can see their integrity is poorer than politicians. It's better to not have internet than Connect's Broadband.

poor serviceI applied for a broadband connection on 05-10-2016 and deposited fee alongwith Rs.550 for telephone set. Inspite of my regular followup with sales rep i could not get telephone set till date ie 26-10-2016.
Poor ServicesWhen I got the broadband connection of CONNECT, I got the WiFi modem placed in another room temporarily as renovation was going on in the room in which I thought to place it actually. The technician told me that the shifting will be free of cost. But recently, when I made a request for technician's visit for shifting the broadband connection from one room to another on the same floor, the customer executive told me that I would be charged Rs 300 for the shifting. The price is exuberantly high for shifting from just one room to another which are not even far from each other. Moreover, when I talked to the customer care executives regarding the amount, the executive was not polite and put down the phone on my face.

Connect Broadband offers affordable planswhile choosing an internet connection at my home i compared it with many other operators. Connect offers the cheapest plans in the market today and we can also upgrade the plan. i choose connect almost 8 months back. Speed is too good. no problem faced till date. just loved their services.

Most weird kind of service as well as customer careI have never seen such a poor customer care. Connect is such a worst service providers on the name of internet. The speed is slower than other service providers and tariff are so high than others like they are considering themselves as royal comany. But my friends, people are not bound to you and because other sevice provider companies are coming to this area. Now you see connect will disappear from this region in a very short time. I myself is going to disconnect connect and subscribed y net wifi broadband which is very cheap and plans are very good.

it offers the worst serviceI am using connect broadband from last 1 and half year and the services provided by you is the worst services ever. I am facing too much problem frm last one year . every month your wifi stop working . and whenever i call for registering the complain ,your emloyees always said dont worry your complain is registered but no one come for correcting the problem .and always report to your comany your employees that the problem is solved but no once come actually . five six times i personally solve the problem by putting the wires to the box where the main connection comes. Not Fullfill Promise.I don't say this is good broadband connection. plans are to much costly and speed is very slow. they didn't give the plan which they told you. they called me and give me speed 4 Mbps in rs 749. after next day they called me and said sorry sir this plans is not for you this plan is only for selected area. what is this??? customer support is very poor they didn't have information about any plans. they didn't know which plan is for which area.so customer support is very bad. if my connection is not working after complaint they said within 4hrs your problem is resolve but in actual they send a message your fault is resolved. but problem is not solved in real. when ever you call they said only within 4hrs only complaint is solved.they don not listen to customer. after 3 or 4 days engineer visit and solved the problem..... is connection ko leke toh assa lagta hai ki company vale kah rahe ho "tum aaye problem ayyi tum gaye toh problem bhi gyi"...

Good Good Goodeverything is ok except internet speed. Internet speed is very poor for home plan. I am using neo plan 499/-. In this plan, i get 512 kbps out of 1 mbps speed till 1st 5GB after that 256 kbps out of 512 kbps every month which is not accordance with neo plan 499/-. The Worst Internet and Customer Service.worst internet connection. Customer care does not know anything and if you ask for something they will say they are not authorized to do that. No technician visit you place after repeated complaints. How they are gonna take India to the international level. They made me feel like stupid calling them again and again. The seniors do not talk to you. May be they are scared of customers. I complained almost 50 times. After 3 hours of every complaint, I received the message that my complaint has been resolved whereas it is not. This is called the peak of stupidity.

Worstest broadband everNever ever use this broadband they keep on telling new plans and never give connection speed as they tell in plan after payment they give more slower speed at end worst broadband. they have to close services and sit at home to change password we have to call customer care and they send there engineer to change password.

connect broadband is most poor service providerI am using connect broadband but now I will surely switch to another company because they have very poor service. Connect will apply some services to your connections without your permission and thus you will have to pay extra money on connect connections. If you will complain they will not listen to you and will not accept their fault. Don't use connect. Its the most disgusting service provider.
connect broadband office phase 7 mohalii have taken connect broadband services before 3 months at the time of connection they said that if you pay 1140 then modem is your and when you close this connection you can adjust these amount with your will... but at the time of closing they said that its installation charges and you are not a owner of modem so you need to submit the modem.. poor services.. all are fake.. will never go with connect for future...
Aweful ExpI was using bsnl for over 4 years and getting moderate service in terms of speed n stability(4mbps).Recently shifted to connect,following their cheap marketing tricks(reference is made to my account 1725000274)..........Unfortunately the experience was aweful.Very poor service and bad gateway speed(dont have speed plans over 2mbps).Connect never deliver on promises.Totally unprofessional approach to customers feedback/complaints.Staffs at sec 47 never give proper assistance to customers step in...long waiting even for bill payments(*if u mention you are there for opting for a new connection..they will jump to you , leaving all busy works..lol).I strongly recommend BSNL for those looking for a stable BB connection over chandigarh area......They offer 20% discount to central govt employees and atleat look into complaints on time.(only negative aspect is bsnl loses some speed after 20th of every month due to network issues)
Applied for a broadband connection and facing harassmentMy experience with connect people is very bad. The dealing of the employees is really very poor and not satisfactory. There is a total harassment and mental torture by connect people.

good speed & constant all timeI am using it since one year and never noticed speed below the max given in the plan. earlier I was using BSNL and had used it for 9 year it was also good but they have changed my plan without any notice to me or without taking my written consent and given me a very high bill, poor in customer relation. In connect broadband when you switch to lower band speed 512 than its poor 512/8 = 64Kbps effective download is very poor where as bsnl BB you will not find this.

about internet services & ISP companiesI compared latest broadband plans of 'CONNECT' broadband service for my home town chandigarh, at *** with airtel DSL broadband tariffs. After comparison, I found 'CONNECT' has much low rental broadband plans. So I selected 'CONNECT' as my suiting internet service provider.
