Before using Den, I was an unhappy customer of both Airtel and MTNL. I have been using Den for about 2 years now. They always deliver the speed promised. Worst class services never suggest any one to buy Den connection. Its not Den but it's totally dead connection. And company is totally deaf and dumb the company totally hired unprofessional person who don't know what should we communicate to client and they don't know that exact restoration time of connection. i booked a connection on 14.06.2015 by paying Rs 2050 towards subscription for three month. The internet could hardly work for 15 days. we lodged many complaint for rectification of fault but no body attended the complaint. the matter was informed to sales team at luxmi nagar. In one year the connection was down a total of only 12 hrs. Speed is excellent and Pingtest to Europe is below 150ms. Here in West Delhi, Denboomband has taken over nearly all the internet connections. They have halved the price and doubled the speed and total usage in the past year.
