Very worst connectivityMy net connectivity is down since last 5 days , I had complaint about the same but no resolution till now.
WhatsApp & Bank sites (HDFC) are not working some times.Worst service, illiterate workers (good in manner but don't not how to work). Takes 2 days to repair the connection and have no midnight service. There is a connection drop for 1 or 2 Hrs every day.
Worst serviceFraud company after 19 day they are not provide me connection. They listen to him before payment, after payment they behave you like football. On the name of service they give only number and number not any solution. I did not see this type of wrost company.
DENBoomBand Poor Internet ServiceI don't know if I can rate this service as zero rating. It's not poor it's pathetic and now they don't care about customer experience as well. My suggestions to everyone please do not go for DEN services. they are pathetic and they don't have solution for anything. Using service since 5-6 months because not found any other services till now but every month more than 70% data get wasted because of the service only.

FraudDen person came for connection and given plan and after that they said no connection and now no one is picking call an returning my money...
BullshitI have plan of 20mbps. But Can't even run insta and fb videos in phone often. This is the badest broadband network. They are bullshit.

They are thiefsI moved in HEWO 1 apartments one year back and took their connection in my wife's name,they did not ask any documents in my wife's name at that moment of time,. Now for some reason I had to move to another flat in the same society and they are saying since the connection is my wife's name and i do not have any documents for my wife in this particular address they can not transfer my connection neither they will refund my money, Thief they are.

Worst serviceGetting speed in kbs when I'm subscribed to 10 mbps. Worst service I have have seen I have paid for 3 months in advance Getting speed issues for 2 months now. There is no refund policy Customer care only have one thing to say....That services in your area have been affected due to some technical reason. It's been two months now....And these technical issues haven't been resolved yet. Don't ever subscribe to DEN if you want speed and peace of mind. MTNL was better.
