best value for moneyI used Airtel, Tikona, Reliance broadband before but none of them were able to give such good speed like ION did. Especially in Malad, Kandivali and Goregaon areas of Mumbai its speed is very good. They offer speed in GBPS not MBPS. You can call on 966 421 5499 to know about current plans, prices and speeds.
I have not yet come across such a negative word that could define my situationhere extact of my complaint email,, "I am a "customer" of SSV Broad band since January 2013, user name is Azim_15235. Notice how I have mentioned "customer" in there, as far as I know since we are paying you, so we are entitled to call ourselves one and apparently it is your staff at nerul that must be trained or at least INTRODUCED to the word "Customer" and "Service" let alone "Customer Service". Let me take you through the mind altering events that has taken place since last night.My internet was disconnected at 7 PM, patiently I waited till 8 to call the 24 hour complaint helpline to file a compliant where I was advised, since its past working hours they cannot do anything to help me restore the connectivity but wait till next morning 10.30 AM. I WAITED and no response was received so decided to call again at 11. Despite series of on and off hold episodes no one bothered to transfer the call to Senior authority or someone who could just connect me to a technician.After several calls Someone from the escalation department connected to My brother (registered number) and spoke with him. Meanwhile we visited the NERUL, SEC-10 OFFICE, WHICH WAS WORSE THAN YOUR CUSTOMER CARE ON TELEPHONE, AFTER LONG ARGUMENT WITH THEM THEY HAVE AGREED TO EXTEND OUR PACKAGE FOR 24 HRS AS WE WERE NOT BEING ABLE TO ACCESS TO THE SERVICE WE PAID FOR. BY THIS TIME CONNECTIVITY PROBLEM WAS SOLVED. SINCE WE WERE GIVEN AN EXTENSION, SIMRAN AND JOLLY (I believe those are the Manager and receptionist respectively at the Nerul sec- 8 branch) DECIDED TO TORTURE US FOR ANOTHER 8-9 HOURS, BY DISCONNECTING OUR INTERNET DELIBERATELY. I AM NOT SURE WHY SHE TOOK THAT DECISION OF PUTTING US IN MORE DISTRESS THAN WE ALREADY WERE DUE TO SSV'S INCOMPETENCY TO PROVIDE SERVICE WHAT I AM SURE OF IS THAT HER VENDETTA HAS CAUSED ME EMOTIONAL, AND MENTAL TORTURE LET ALONE 3 - PHYSICAL TRIPS TO THE OFFICE. I have not yet decided whether to take this episode even further Legally, However I am very much interested in knowing what step company is taking towards those employees if thats what they are. Least I expect here is an APOLOGY."

Quality is Good But Service is WORSTDear All It is very hard to say that my internet is not working since 3rd Oct to till date(10th Oct) and nobody is bother to visit and solve my issue. Every day 3 times a day I call on your Hotline number, your executive says â€˜AAJ 100% AAP KE GHAR TECHNICIAN AA JAYEGA AUR AAP KA ISSUE RESOLVE HOGAâ€ But till day i as suffering If my package is about to end u even donâ€™t give a single day extension now what about my 7 days loss and when my problem is going to resolve 3 time you guys have sent me email and message that your complaint has been resolved but I would like to add that nobody visited and my problem is not resolved why you send this kind of FAKE emails and message
Unsatisfactory service.I am a resident of Bengaluru and a customer of RMV IT.com for the past three years. I have three internet connections, one for me , one for my son and one for my daughter-in-law for which p-payment is done by me. I was using ION 5 MBPS_UL and today my plan status has been upgraded to ION-25MBPS-120GB. Though the payment was made online at 12.41 hrs, no upgradation was done by 20.12 hrs. When I contacted the call centre for upgradation, I was told that it would be upgraded within five minutes. Though the customer portal was upgraded subsequently, the speed has not increased. My subsequent contact received only vague answers and nobody was bothered to address the issue. No senior person was available for contact. It seems the customers are at the mercy of the call centre people. There is no chance for the customers to contact the senior in the chain, or the persons running the show. In this connection I would like to state that my internet connection was disconnected exactly on expiry time and date last month for non-payment. When you are particular about payment and disconnection, you are not bothered to upgrade the plan speed promptly. The download and upload speed at 9.55 pm on 12-09-17 was 5.29 .and 4.10 respectively. Surprisingly the MB used is shown as 1123. I have not used the internet other than to check the speed of the internet from 8 P.M. onwards. Now, at 10-35 PM the speed is shown as 6.61 and 11.93 mbps download and upload respectively. Is this the best offer?? Will you please upgrade your services to the benefit use of the customers?? very poor even my mobile 4g is better then 5mbps plan of ionevery time i pay 3month advanve payment for use hardly 2months as most of time net not available for at least 1 to 4 days continues i dosent suggest any one for ion internet service as no 24hr customer service and if u are lucky ur net will active after 20 to 30 complaints speed is also very poor as iam using 5mbps unlimited plan but hardly got 30 to 40kbps speed when download from net because of no other operator covers in my area i have no choice then ion.
Worst ServiceInternet does not work in my area. I have complained about it a lot of time, but they aren't bothered to solve this issue permanently. So this time I will change my Internet service provider permanently. I awared them about it.. But still they aren't bothered.
Poor ServiceI am experiencing slow speed, frequent disconnection. When it comes for renewal they call us multiple times, and disconnect internet before time and we never get services which are missed out when Internet is not working. if we call G Braodband customer care number, they act as if they are unable to hear. This is absolutely ridiculous as my expectation is to coordinate b/w and resolve the issue ...
