i am currently on the plan 10Mbps for 500. They have promised me a speed not less than 7mbps but what im receiving is 2.15 mbps which is worst. Frequent problems with this provider, complaints will take atleast 4 days to be resolved. there is continuous packet/ping loss of more than 10%. knowledge of the support technicians is hopeless, they have an universal solution for all problems "restart the router" or "try after 30 min, if the problem persists we'll send a technician, then they close the office". the technicians always seem to be unavailable due to Tea, Lunch, or "on leave". its shame on excell boradband ISP at regular power cuts also don't work i mean if the power fails the internet wont work. which is a joke. they mislead me they told me that internet wont work only on extreme situation not on ordinary situations. i request consumer form to impose have penalties on this type of isps ...
My service is very bad in its connectivity point of view. I hardly raised a complaint about the service to there executives , but no one would least care to visit the customer site for service. They would not even answer the calls for any issues in day time as well. One more inetresting thing is my usage levels goes high even though I am not at home for a day . Atleast for 4 to 5 hours you would even get the service in day, but they would say we provide unlimited plans. ...
