Fusion net take more than 1 month and lot of followup calls to return security moneyAfter removing the fusionnet connection on 11th august 2017, I have not got my security money till date(27th sept). I did lot of complaint and got below repsonse 1. 8th September(Reference ID: FN17090880827) - Customer care executive told they forgot to make refund request. I was ok because it can be general mistake 2. 19th September(Reference ID: FN17081172) - Customer cases executive promised to deliver check in a day or 2 positively. 3. 27th September(Reference ID: FN17091983873) - Customer cases executive told they disconnected the service on 19th september itself. Next excuse was City change(Note: He was not aware I have not changed the address for delivering the cheque and they have to deliver it on same address). In between I did followup lot of times with no positive feedback. They denied to forward the call to there manager after making excuse. Not sure by when I will get my money back.. Really poor service
High speed & Reliable Internet ServicesGreat Services. Earlier I have used Airtel & Nextra at my previous places. Fusionnet is providing reliable services. Cost effective if compare with Airtel. No need to compare with cheap ISP's if any one looking for good service.

Very Bad Customer ServiceI would like to say that you should never go with Fusion Net as your Internet Service Provider as they lack knowledge in addressing the customer concerns and are very stubborn on the "BAD" Services they provide I took my connection around November 2016 and my plan was 12MBps with 45 gb of data at Rs. 1149 INR. Now my connection has already been upgraded to 30M (30mpbs with 100gb data) and they never informed me about the same. When I spoke to the customer care team(named Rajiv) he said me that at March end 2017 the 12mbps plan was abolished and starting April they have upgraded all the existing plans to 30M, whereas they only upgraded the plan for me on 5th May 2017. I got a call today from his senior named Krishna and he has altogether different story to tell. He said that only on 19th and 20th April the plan was launched and it will be effective in the next billing cycle. I clearly asked him still 15 days to go for my current plan to expire in April why didnt you inform me? He stubbornly says that they have sent the message to my registered mobile number which we never did. He doesn't has any proof to that. I said him clearly that I have proof for that he did not send a message or an email to which he did not have an answer to. Secondly, He is charging me for not having sufficient amount of funds in my account. The same plan has been upgraded to 30M without any prior notice and how does he charge me saying that I don't have funds? Why should I bear a loss of next 15 days with 30-12=18MBPS and 100-45=55 GB of data for next 15 days? Trust me, it is a complete disaster to talk to fusion net customer care guys and never ever trust them with anything....
Fusion NetOh man....it just CRAP! You pay high to call the customer service everytime you want to use the net services as the internet services are not working .... They work for 10mins and again you need to call the customer service. So hire a help for continuously calling Fusion Net, if u really want to use their WiFi services.
GOOD SERVICESBEST ISP WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT. DIFFERENT COMPANIES PROVIDES DIFFERENT PLAN BUT SERVICES MATTERS A LOT THAT I CAME TO KNOW WITH FUSIONNET.
Deal with them at your own riskFraud company that tries to cheat and extort money from customers. Customer service is like talking to a street urchin. Horrible experience and unprofessional.
Cheater and Fraud CompanySince 05 months i was able to access cctv which is installed in New delhi from my residence Noida, through APP which i downloaded from play store, suddenly fusion net asked me to buy ip address from them if i would like to continue which will cost Rs 3400 for one But my point is that this is not logical or valid demand from fusion net, if you want to access any such application, then none of the internet service providers ask you to buy ip address until you want to access only through application else if you want to access on desktop or laptop then definately you would need to buy, This company is FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
GOOD EXPERIENCEi am use fusionnet connection last one year. its gave good experience. there is no issue for speed & data so i m suggest to fusionnet. because i have alredy use tata broadband connection . totally worst speed of tata.

Its worst customer careYour executives are just opportunistic and behave opposite once you took the connection. They promise alot before and after payment, its upside down. Its worst customer care. I am running after them since one week but no solution. Its really sad
Recorded Usage is not correctI compared usage with airtel 4G connection, My normal usage for one hour on airtel was 10 MB in one hour, for same activity on wifi these buggers recorded 800 MB. I had faced similar problem changed the wifi password still same. On top it the response from support is we cannot help in this matter change your wifi password again.
PatheticKindly raise the standard of support and service provided by you guys this is going to tarnish the image of company for sure as it is costing end user money and precious time. Taking money without providing the proper service, I could not use my internet as 6 GB data out 40 GB data has been used due to unavailibity of service during my usage time, I work for company where I need to follow US timing and ur support and service does not available during that time even the representative sits on call does not pick the calls properly, one has to wait for 5-15 min just waiting for representative to pick the call then wait for another hour for NOC team to give call then ultimately they say, support can visit second day only even that also not time, one has to was and take a leave for day to wait for support person to come and that too does not come on time and fix given works only for 2-3 hours again in the evening it gets down,then one has to run for internet due to office work in odd hours. this is really cost me mental and monitor pressure and over when I asked for waive off for such money it cost me then reply is worderful, we could not provide support only for 4 days as you called only for 4 occasion so we will wiave off for 4 days. guys just to clear you I cannot call you everytime just to highlight my issue, I am expecting it should be fixed once for all and your service is not available on peak time due to which I am not using your internet now a days. The Best Internet Service Provider which is worth the value.Hello, I had been using Fusionnet since 1 year and 6months. I had been using Fusionnetâ€™s Unlimited 12mbps for home use purpose. They are excellent Internet Service Provider, unlimited downloads, video streaming etc. I moved to Dwarka, New Delhi. So, looking for Fusionnet in Dwarka.
Over Promise Under DeliverI will give an honest feedback. As this being the only broadband service provider in my area This offers a competitive speed. My Airtel 4G dongle offers almost same speed. They Promised me 16 Mbps speed however I get 3 Mbps only (They say it is shared, however I tested with Connecting the LAN cable Directly). Don't go by what salesman says, they do have fibercuts, false promises before selling the connection (Like Landline will be available in 10 days but I don't see it getting installed after 30 days either. I have been an Airtel BB customer so my expectations are high. Would suggest considering an alternative if you have one in your Area.
