Refreshing Service & connection.I have had Hathway connection for about 5 months now and am extremely happy with the connection, and equally importantly, their Service. Unlike my previous service provider (ACT ), Hathway does not close service tickets without resolving the problem. I have had only a few issues so far and all of them are resolved quickly and I always get a callback from Service center to confirm that the issue is resolved. They have now upgraded the link to fiber and the connection delivers as promised. Overall - very content ! Thank you, Hathway!
worst service ever hathwayHi All, I was a loyal customer to HATHWAY internet and was using from years but once my plan expired last time the associate cald up and offered certain plan and once the recharge was done the Customer care guys told I was offered one month lesser than the associate promised and said you can do whatever u want and we are not responsible. Also, asked for the call recorder to send across to him.i don understand how to record all the calls we get everyday and store it till 4months. Trust me one of the worst Broadband and ill never use it again in my life. Its a shame that Hathway guys cannot keep up what was promised and no respect for a genuine customer. To HATHWAY "A best brand will always see to retain the genuine and loyal customers but you guys treat customer's without respect" Ratings has to be zero but automatically it is taking one star by default. Customer care will close any complaints without resolving itRaised ticket 4 times in 10 days for no internet. Till now no one came and checked. They will call and say they will look into to it and next day you get message the ticket is resolved from our side without taking any actions.
pathetic service by hathway broadband in puneHi all, Hathway now a days just providing connection not providing internet. connection dropping every 30 mins for 20 mins. logged 8 complaints out of that 3 only customer care person registered, but remaining they told we have registered you will get SMS with complaint number. but we didn't got any complaint number. when forcefully asked to give me complaint number then Customer care executive registered complaint and provided number and told us within 48 hours complaint will get resolved but issue is not resolved and complaint got closed. when I called to customer care asked my issue i snot yet resolved and how complaint got closed. they told your cell is not reachable. We have provided 2 mobile number , we didn't got any call, SMS on the same. they have done 2 times ...it just ridicules..how hathway people making customer fool. now raised one more complaint for the same ...when I asked about what is complaint status ... the customer care guy talking like arrogantly...ordering me ...it's harassment... very badly behaved... I have called again and asked to other customer care executive to connect my number with higher authority but he told me we can't connect...sr. persons are not in office, again I called after 3-4 hours asked them to connect my cal with sr. person customer care guy replied they are in office but we can't transfer they are busy with on call. .. Finally I asked i want to complaint against the customer care executive who behaved badly with me... he replied we do not have right's to take such type of complaint. ...this ridicules this experience faced many people . arrogant customer care....harassing unintentionally..., not a technical people ..again and again repeating same statement , they can't understand what is our technical issue. ..not ready to help. Technical issues: they are committing 50 MBPS actually you are getting 5-10 MBPS. frequent connection drop issue HOPE WHO IS LOOKING FOR NEW CONNECTION PLEASE DON'T GO FOR HATHWAY....IF YOU CHOOSE HATHWAY .I GUARANTEE YOU WILL REGRET ..VERY SOON WITHIN 10-15 DAYS.

Worst serive everPoor connectivity at nights. Low range om routers. Worst customer support possible. Uncoordinated people working for no good cause. Primary moto of the company is to give as many connections as possible, they are really not bothered after that. Please do not use Hathway.
never go for itI have applied for broadband connection on 10/16/2017 and given the cheque to MR sachin khadse (9158514352,7776076708).he informed me that connection will be installed in 1 day .till now no body has contacted me and when I am trying to Reach sachin he is not responding, please look into this issue , I also called customer care and they told me that installation will take at least 7 days. please dont waste your money and go for Hathaway.
Worst internet serviceWorst internet service I have ever had and when I contacted customer service, the response is horrible. I got bills even after disconnecting the service. They make a cold calls to make you pay the bills which you get after disconnection. You wont get refund for returned equipment. I strongly dont recommend Hathway service to anyone. Please be aware Hathway guys before even applying the connection.
With sales personWorst experience that I have got from these people after payment of one week , they are not ready to give connection n those customer executes bullshit .. totally irresponsible team. That bugger sales man took installation though its not der.pls don't go for this.
Worst like a hell... Please Do not use itSpeed provided was good until one day it all went from bad to worse. Customer care number is not reachable. None of the executive is responding to my call and in a month there are 3 or 4 times their net not working. In short my net is not working from last 1 week and no one is listening to my complaint. Their service sucks and so does Hathway.
The Worst.Worst service, they lure you saying that they would provide free WiFi router. When you discontinue their service they will take the router back. If you keep it it will be waste because they block it completely. It is almost impossible to unlock and use. I recommend not to take hathway internet.
Hathway is the worst ISPHathway broadband is the worst possible network. Their technician / sales person confirmed that if for any reason I need to disconnect my account, they will refund the security and remaining plan balance. Now they are refusing to return my money. The speed is fine but there is no range. Even in the same room, the speed is good if I sit right next to the router. When I logged a complaint and said that there are multiple devices working, they said that everyone should work in teh same room and when I asked how can so many people sit in 1 room, and I said, "router ke oopar baithe kya" their reply was "hum kya karen range nahi hain toh. range nahi aayegi". Again and again I logged a complaint, but till date I have not got a call back from their billing department. I plan to log a complaint with the consumer court and hope at least that will be helpful.
Worst customer serviceI have been using this ISP for 7 years, Back then its name was MTNL, But they have the worst customer service by today. They text you every day for renewal and call you frequently when its time to renew but when it comes to after sales service they are rude and stupids sitting at their end where they dont listen your complaint and not even register. They must know that they are not the only ones in the city, we have ample of other choices too.

Poor service of broad band.I had their services over 6 months. The speed part is ok, but their service is very poor.They take a long time to attend to us. They do not extend the validity for the number of days they had not given broad band. Frequent interruptions in service is a normal feature. In view of the problems, i had no other go but to dis continue their service.
WonderfulRenewal becomes headache with these guys. They called me up for renewal. I said I want to renew the connection with a lower plan as per my usage. asked them to describe plans. They did not describe and said collection guy will describe. Then I asked them to mail the plan so that I can choose one. They said they will mail. To my surprise, the next day collection guy appeared and asked for cheque. I told them I have not yet decided my plan and they have not sent me mail. I asked him to explain me the plan. He said he is not aware. He said he will come later when e-mail is received and plan is decided. The very next day he again came for cheque. I am thinking to discontinue the service. will connect my jio with my computer. That much data is enough for me rather than breaking head with these gus
Best Internet Services Till DateThis is one of the best internet services I have ever had till date. I used to be a dedicated MTNL user for the last 20 years calling plus internet. But to my horror MTNL and it's services have turned into nightmare now. Worst ever customer care. So switched to Hathway and took a sigh of relief. Thanks to Hathway. Kudos and I hope they will continue with their services, Internet speed and plans like this only. Complete 5 stars to Hathway Broadband Services.
Very very poor serviceHi, I don't have words to express my experience with hathway.One of the worst service provider I should say.I have paid money for a new connection on 7th of July and till date ie 15th of July it's not installed. I am keeping on calling the guy who have collected the money on behalf of hathway ,he doesn't answer my call at all and if I call from any other number he suddenly disconnects the call.calling hathway customer care is just waste of time. Such irresponsible company. ..
Good internet. Horrible serviceThe internet itself was fine. Speed was good and little connectivity problems. Whenever there was a problem though.... most horrible service you can imagine. I have lost count how many times I have had to wait for a technician not to show up. And then in the end in turns out to be a problem they could fix from their own office. The majority of their customer service agents (and I can say this, because I think I've spoken to the majority), is rude and lacks basic knowledge about internet connections.
Very Good And Unbelievable(Chennai)This is true and legit.I bought Hathaway connection on 27 June and they put the connection on 28 June.It runs so well.The speed is 150mbps and 1000gb data.Post fup is 5mbps and the amount is unbelievable just 999(Adding Gst its 1180).Chennai people we are lucky to have such amount of speed and data for such an affordable amount.Dont hesitate get it.Even I was very much worried reading the Hathaway review.It was horrible.But I wanted to give a try.So get it and my advice after paying the amount hear them out and note their words that wen they shall come.Just put the connection.You get an amazing router too.
Very poorI got connection for 10mbps. The speed also showing as 7 Mbps but even you tube also not running. Technically the reduced the speed and cheated us. I connected with only one laptop , still you tube is not running. Service is very poor , they will close the ticket without solving and without informing
Very Very Bad Hathway BangaloreVery Very Very Bad service. They will take advance payment & disconnect your internet for Non- Payment. Afterwards you have to run pillar to post getting connection back. I have paid payment on 18th May 2017. Hathway disconnected my internet on 2nd June & till date i.e 5thJune 2017, No re-connection. There is no responsible person at all in this company. It is a fraud company. For God-sake, No one should take broadband from Hathway Bangalore.

totally unreliable connecctivityvery often you will experience no connectivity at all and even when connectivity is there, the speed you get won't be as advertised. and even though they don't mention it, they actually control traffic based on the website and if require internet for any non http data, you are in for a gamble, some apps just dont work on hathway.
WORSE....... CHEATER... :-(Hathway is FOOLING customers by giving OFFERS. I am using HATHWAY connection from few months back. Services like connectivity, speed is fine But when HATHWAY comes to MONEY issue, they just suddenly HIDE. So below is what happens to me: On 30th DEC 2016, HATHWAY send me a offer as "Recharge for 3 Months or above AND Get 1 Month free" . I did the recharge on the same day and paid amount what they sent in message. But on 1st april 2017, HATHWAY told me that my offer will get expired on 4rth April. WORSE done by HATHWAY. And when I called customer care, they first ask me to send the screenshot of offer.(First of all, how can they ask customer to a message which is sent in DEC 2016. Please look into your DATABASE). Luckily, I have that message. So, I sent them message back and payment screenshot. Then they didn't reply at all after seeing screenshots. And started making excuses that it is problem with their systems. and just cut the call. I FELT CHEATED BY THIS INCIDENT. HOW THEY CAN DO WITH CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS.
Hathway is a fraud/trespasser/harassing companyI renewed hathway for first time in Jan 2017 for 3 months, i wanted to renew for 1 month but they said if i renew for 3 months then i will have extra 15 days, i pay for 3 months around 3,200 INR. Now after 3 months in March month end i started msgs like i have to renew before 31st March to continue. as i have 15 days extra, i sent them email but no response, and even once i got email that wrong recipient!!(This is disgusting). Then sending emails again and again on 31st(last day) i got msg on mobile that i got 15 days extra, and then started msg saying recharge for 3 months and get 1 month extra, but as i had 15 days i did not recharge, and next day on 1st April my internet disconnected and started getting msg to recharge with new offering(which are fake i am sure). I get calls and msg now too asking to recharge, when i asked them for 15 days extra benefits what i got, they disconnects the call. I have all proofs. This people are fraud and trespasser in society,. I would request not to go for this cheap company better to go for Airtel/Tata Docomo which they charge little bit more but value for service, this people offer very big but giving nothing and shamless in service. 9663317406
Bad service ever seenI am using hathway for 7 months. But service is very bad. Customer service execuitves are very rude. Today got a call from hathway regarding the recharge and I asked him about the current offers. He didnt reply anything to my request and was rude in the conversation. Like last time I recharged for 3 months, I got 30 days additional validity. I was trying to ask about the availability of such offers, but he gave a big NO and cut the call. If this is mean by customer service, i dont want to continue with your service. No respect to cutomers
Hathway Broadband-Fucking nightmare of high speedIt's f***ing slow and streaming all the time. After 2 months of usage I am experiencing a worst ever services from this service provider. Even after repeated call, there is no response from local team or any site engineer. On repeated calls with customer care they respond totally insane. Just in two months I have used 60 GB of data only while browsing my mails(sounds f***ing kidding) but it's true because Hathway said. I am fed up with this. After this month, I am gonna go for some alternate. Kindly suggest which is Best in domain in Bangalore city. Extremely disappointed, guys try some alternate.

The Sales agent will come to your place rightaway and take money from you. And then he would be gone forever... you wont get any internet connection. Frequent Disconnections + unreliable and untrustworthy experience1. Offered me 6 + 2 months. Paid in advance for 6 months and then after six months hathway went back on their words. Soo misleading offers. 2. Throughout the six months had frequent speed issues, was promised 50Mbps but on many many days speed was only 70-80 Kbps and even speedtest site did not work. Such slow was the speed. 3. Even though their own usage website showed data balance, my speed would be downgraded to 70-80 kbps after first 5 days. The answer received is billing cylce is different but despite low usage speed would be downgraded. 4. Had to raise a complaint every week for disconnections, internet down and speed issues. 6. Customer service gives additional months to renew but it is a hoax and no additional months are granted,

oh god to badhi guys iam sharing my hathway connection review when the connection was given day one the speed was good iam getting 40 mbps on day 2 it bad iam getting 20 mbps day 3 bad day 4 verst next we will view fup data useage i use 70 gb or near in one munth but the portal page shows 70 gb used in 15 dayes i got frestated with it and i had taken the actfibernet connection it was verry good no complints about it now lets come back to the hathway review so at last i sed them to cansil the connection on eday before and igot an email say that a complint has taken to cansil my connection also they sed that the person will come to cansil it and no one had come til tuday so iam righting this review hope they will reed this

The worst broadband connectivity ever.* They claim 50 Mbps speed but it sucks to be less than 512 kbps speed. * Most of the time the network is down due to often issues in their area servers * They take prepaid money and no connection is provided properly. So you have no option but to be there for the time limit that you paid for. * If you lodge complaint, they take ages to solve. IVR services is the waste of time that they have. they are of no use. * Customers are only seen as money lending machines not valued. * Finally I paid 1000.Rs and got wifi router which you cannot buy from outside you have to buy from them. But when I stopped the service from them I was asked to submit the Wifi router back and claim the 1000.Rs that you paid earlier. But when I returned it they said they will issue a cheque to me, now it has been a year I have not received anything. After checking with their regional offices and calling and lodging complaint for many times they are only rude to you but never pay back. * Finally my advice to my friends out here. PLEASE DO NOT OPT FOR HATHWAY SERVICES. They only want money from customers, but do not do anything else.

Hathway always CheatersIt is the worlds worst broadband and it hast worlds worst customer care. I have taken a connection like 60gb with 50mbps speed but i did not use not even 4 gb but the statement showing like I used 60gb. They are cheating like anything. Even I complaint many time, but they are closing my complaint without any notification saying that issue has resolved like that. WORST EXPERIENCEHi Hathway Team, I have a very bad experience with hathway customer care, i have paid my monthly rental yesterday (Receipt No: BLRISP/23455 Amt: 4830/-) , but still my connection is inactive since the time i have paid the rental i have been trying to reach customer care atleast more than 20-30 times, once it got connected and i had spoken to Mr. Prem, i requested him to connect me to his manager he have put my call on hold and it got disconnected after that. You people don't value customer this i have felt after yesterday experience. You people have not tried even once to call me back and rectify my issues. I want my connection to be active today or else refund my money and take your connection. Hope you will value your customer.

Too many filters and poor support teamFilters used in almost everywhere. No peer to peer connections and even blocking android games sometimes. Also, you can say goodbye to your PSP/PS2 if you intend to play online with this. Filtering speed also in some sites and you get approximately 1 Mbps if you have 50 Mbps quota and otherwise it's 64 kbps for 1 Mbps quota. Connection interruptions for downloads from IPs resulting in downloading a file over and over again to get the final uncorrupted file.

Serious metering and billing issuesTook the form on Saturday 23/7/16, registered it on 25/07/2016 and started billing without providing the connection. Connection provided on 27/07/2016 and the 25 GB plan without much use is shown as exhausted on 31/07/2016, of which I was out of station from 0800 am on 30/07/2016 to 5 pm on 31/07/2016. All attempts to speak to somebody on phone futile. Appears a fraudulent company based on this limited experience.

BADThere is always one or other problems every week and they take about 2 days to rectify a problem.The main problem is packet loss.The customer care is SHITTY AS HELL as they dont care about the problems and just want to be done with rectifying the problem
Shitty Services!The services which you provide are bloody shit. I have upgraded by net speed from 2 to 3 still I get f**king speed and if we request to talk to your baroda manager he is never available which is too much insane. And also, I am pretty much sure that these reviews should be famous over the web. If we get these kind of services every two weeks why the f**k do we need this. Are you guys fooling by never providing the prescribed speed? Also, your customer care executive was ok with me writing these review as he told its ok you can post anything over the web.
Worst internetI took 40 mbps speed, This is the 2nd month running still I am getting only 10 mbps, so many times I spoke to executives but there is no use, they said we are sending our technical person they will take care. even no one called me . this the worst service and worst internet, before taking new connection one of my friend told me that is the worst one dont go with hathway, but I took. now I cam to know before taking new connection we need to find the best one.
Persistent pain-unethical business conductBroadband connection no. is 1501340, Moti Bagh New Delhi. Every other day, their speed goes down. They claim 50MBPS but I get less than 1 MBPS (infact it is less than 512KBps). You call customer care, they will say "ho jayega", provided they do not disconnect your phone. When you call them again, they will say no previous complaint exist. Then I said you do not give it. The guy said you do not ask for it. Always make sure you get the complaint no. Then after the speed will be fine for few days, then it will go back. In this cat and mouse game, you will see that you have exhausted you 50MBPS speed limit. With this persistent problem I am only able to use half of the data limit on 50MBPS and rest of data on 1MBPS. When you ask them to increase the data limit on 50MBPS, they will say i have exhausted my limit. When I try to put forth the argument that I exhausted my limit on the speed less than 1MBPS and not on 50MBPS. They will bluntly reply, this is the policy, it cannot be helped. Then I have to finally browse on their so called 1 MBPS speed for the rest of the month. The bottom line is, the corporates hire so many people to make fool out of the customer, but there are not good employees who can talk politely and really solve the problem. Irony is, they use their employees to call every customer ten time and send msgs 20 times to ensure that the payment is made on time to hathway by the customer. HorribleWe have had a very bad experience with Hathway. They took an advance for an entire year, and have since provided terrible service. Customer care is rude, and the online complaint system simply does not work. Their local operator also set up multiple under my name (they used different spelling versions of my name, which seems very suspicious) We will discontinue the service.

Fake Offers -- DONT BELIEVEHi Guys, I wanted to make you all aware that, Hathway started cheating loyal customers by cheap tricks with offers. I have been cheated for 3 times consecutively. All the times they mentiioned that they will provide 30 days extra. Even before the deactivation called and followed many times with their support, Nothing worked. Now its deactivated, as earlier, they have started telling me that, I need to activate the account first and they will talk about offers. I have heard the same from my friends as well. Please stop encouraging such unethical marketing tactics, which end up fooling thousands of innocent people.

Billing details are entered incorrectly by their exec due to which the bill wasn't sent to the email id. Then they disconnect the connection even if they had taken advance from me .PLS DO NOT TAKE THEIR SERVICES. READ THE REVIEWS FOR THE OTHER CUSTOMERS AS NONE OF THEM SEEM SATISFIED BY THEM.

Just single problem is they take 2-5 minutes of time to respond on customer care. But once they pick ur call, ur problem is surely solved.

Even my account page doesn't display the information *I was charged 2200 INR wrongly for Topup of 100GB and no one is giving me the explanation of that *I have made several complaints, but no action. Their motto is cheat people and make money. They claims 50mbs but you will never get more than 20 mbps if you are lucky enough to not have issues like me. Connection number: 1582156
WorstRidiculous service. Not only the internet but the ppl working there are pathetic and useless. They cheat you on money and data usage as they wish. The speed is too slow and without informing u they change urdata plans. They ask u for money 2 times a month and if not paid they cut ur connection. Customer care ppl just sit there and talk shit with no sense of respect. They should be banned from providing services all across India. Very disappointing and hopeless. Never ever use their plans.

Hathway you ass holesThis is my humble request, please don't buy hathway coonection in Bengaluru. If you are ready to take challenge then take 1 month plan, because I have opted for 3 month plan but now I'm feeling to kill my self. They have worst customer care in the world (they have to name it as customer careless). And never ever believe that they are giving 50mbps speed, for the first 2 days you will get around 20mbps speed after one week speed will be reduced to 0.4Mbps. Don't ever trust this ass holes, they don't have any professionalism, they are just bluffing by giving fake speed offers. My final and humble request is don't take any risk, if you are ready to take may be god saves you. RIP hathway, soon you will close your shop. You never deserve 0 stars also, go and get fuck your self.

Pathetic ServiceVery worst service, highly pathetic, I have paid for 3 months. I don't have internet for more than a week and no matter how many calls I make to place a complaint it is never taken seriously. No respond they give for ur complaint no resolution for customer problem, dont bother resolve it. I request please dont Opt Hathway

WORST BROADBAND SERVICENo proper response from customer care.Managers are not available to take the complaints. They will give offers and and in the last minute they will say it is not applicable to you. I will never suggest hathway to anybody from now. Very very very worst service provider
Best in providing worst serviceThey are the one who provide worst service in our area and they don't even bother to confirm whether the problem has been sovled or not.The repairing person has no knowledge to repair.Their customer support number only files complaint but don't pay any attention to it.In a month i have complained them alteast 8-10 times but no action and if asked about higher authority then say we can't transfer call or give number.
Worst service from bloody hathwayThere is no proper customer service no buddy will respond properly for the customers problem if we talk in raised voice they simply put our call on hold. from last one month we are not getting proper internet connection only few hours we will get in a day and rest of the day we will not get only. when we call the dealers of hathway their technicians directly tells us that to go for other network connection. No buddy solve the problem and on exact month starting they will call and tell us to pay the month bill to start connection otherwise they will not provide us the internet connection till we pay the bill. After getting money few days they will provide proper continuous connection and after that they start again same thing (not providing proper connection). worst internet connection. prefer other service provider than this bloody hathway
