Hi, I am a new customer of netexpress and got a connect installed on 7th Oct and got my credentials to login only by 8th Oct night 8.30 pm after numerous follow up to the technician. The sales execdutive persuaded me to pay for 1 year, so that I can get 1 month free service. that is I can have 13 months internet connection. I said,"I can't".
