It is the worst connection ever. I am frustrated and all my money has gone wasted. They are also not bothered to respond to complaints. They are nothing but bunch of idiots who will respond in one or two sentences. And keep repeating that. I guess they will hire any one for there customer care department. A Big NO to Nextra...I am fed up with nextra service, they dreamed you about 25 MBPS (Actual-25/8 = 3 MBPS), but in actual speed vary between 2 KBPS to 1 MBPS(Peak). I connect it in November 2016. Now is beginning of March 2017. During this period I called them more than 100 times I think. I did not have internet every month from 3 to 7 days. They always have a technical problems, always. From 3 to 7 days to solve the problem. It's insane. In 7 days house can be built-up. World was created in 7 days. I am Nextra customer with customer id: 2086116. My Plan is Nfinity 20. for the first fortnight every thing was ok with the network. However now I am having problem with network. I have iphone and ipad with me . Please do not use nextra as they make fake promises, there internet never works you will get tired of their services...Customer care is not well groomed they never have any answers of your queries....And also they hang up your phone while your are registering a complaint...not recommended at all.. It's the worst broadband provider I've ever seen or used. Internet is extremely shaky and unstable. It can ditch you anytime in the middle of your work or while watching a video. And then, if you call their customer care, they just have a standard answer - it will be resolved in 24 hours and you will never face the issue again. However, invariably, the issue crops up again. I feel helpless! My advice - STAY AWAY from Nextra or try at your own risk. I wish there was an option for zero star ...
