Nextra a fraud company with no ethicsI was living at 249-250, Top floor, East azad nagar, opposite 4U shop, near Yes bank and jain mandir of krishna nagar, 110051 but I had to move to B35A, Shashi Garden, Gali No. 7, Mayur Vihar Phase-1, Delhi-110091 therefore I have asked for the transfer of my services from Azad nagar to my new living place. When I call Mithesh, Sales person(8743065255), he was agreed to install the services to my new place and sent sales person Sachin Gaur and taken Rs 918 in advance but when the installation person call me then he said the installation is not possible at my place. When I asked for returning money then they are saying that it will be returned(Rs 918 and Rs.1500(security charges of the setup) and given me the complaint no. 20946139004 for my CRF No. EA 105105(receipt No. 101728) for the new installation and EA 090100(receipt No. 091860) for the Azad nagar installation. The money is promised to transfer online to my bank account whose no. was taken from me but till now there was not a single penny returned. Rs 2418 is not returned to me till now and it was very bad experience for me in both services and company ethics.
fraudi had refunded my moden of nextra now when i call nextra care they told me everytime to wait for 10days it is under process. i think they think customers are fool but they forgottoday where they are just because of customer. some told me what to do.
NextraWorst ISP ever plz dont go for it....we are going to change ISP. Every 2nd day internet dont work and customer care is worst even dont know to speak with customer.
Nextra Teleservices GurgaonMy experience while dealing with Nextra is very bitter. It is a third class company which do not bother for any communication sent to it. Due to poor service, I decided to surrender the Broad band and asked for refund of Rs.1500/-, being the security amount, in September, 2016. But no action was taken. Then they asked for surrendering the router which was surrendered in May, 2017. They assured to refuund the amount in my account but no refund has been made till today i.e. 20 Oct, 2017. Worst of Worsts.Not reliable at all. Worst of Worsts internet service. Fed up. Customer care executive keeps on repeating some mugged up lines. No resolution for problems. They don't have any information and they will just tell you again again that their is some technical issue. They just know how to procrastinate. Complaint against them must be raised in Consumer forum. Mtnl was much better than this. That's the only reason they provide prepaid service only. Eat customer's money and then who cares to provide internet service to the customer. Owner of the Nextra should feel ashamed of himself for running such a pathetic company.

POOR INTERNET CONNECTION AND WORST SERVICE PROVIDEI Aman Gupta (customer ID: 2090781), installed the NEXTRA broadband connection in December 2016 soon I experienced that NEXTRA is not capable of providing good Internet speed and their after sale service is also very poor, then I decided to discontinue with Nextra in February 2017. They took back their router in May 2017 with the assurance that the security amount will be refunded in my bank account within 10 - 15 days as per company norms. But the same has not been received in my account inspite of my repeated phone calls to their customer service for the last one month and top of it they are not able to tell me exact date by which I get my money back. WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN BROADBAND INDUSTRY.
