OODOO fiber provides the ever worst costemer swrvice with an unstable networkThese people are cheating with their ever worst cuatomer service for an unstable network. Whenever we needs to do anything urgent the connection won't be there!! OODOO is providing connection by extending your neighbor OODOO customer's connection so if the switched off the device you also can sit idle without any connection. If they went to home town or vacation by switch off the device it would be better you also go for a vacation !!!!!! Most irritating stupid service and system they have!!!

Pathetic Service and Customer CareThe Internet Connection was disrupted due to cyclone Vardah in Chennai on 12th December, 2016. Received an SMS after that, saying the services will be restored by 23rd Decemeber, 2016. I have been calling the Customer Care everyday on the numbers provided, they picked up the calls only after multiple attempts to call. Even after that everytime they would say that a technician will visit by evening and rectify the issue today itself. They registered the complaint only twice for which I received complaint numbers. Even after all this, Nobody ever visited and since a week, they have even stopped taking calls now since a week. Yesterday I even received couple of SMS stating the account has expired and needs to be recharged. Why should a user recharge when the connection itself hasn't been working since almost a month till today, i.e. 10th January, 2017. Too badPlease improve ur support. Ur support s no where close to other networks. Ur customer care no. S switched off. The other 3 nos. Which u have provided is also not responding. Either take care of service or don't agree to give a new connection.

World's worst broadband connectionOooo broadband connection is the most worst broadband connection ever I seen and used... Their service is worst ever and their behaviour towards customer deserves -100 points ... I am a girl , then after also they forcede to visit their office continuously for a silly issues. They are not receiving the calls of any customer which I seen in my eyes, they are always presents near to phone but not receiving calls... So my suggestion is not to go with this service and this broadband connection not deserves one star also....

Very worst serviceCustomer care is utter waste. They will never respond to the calls. None of the issues will be solved soon. Don't ever ever ever go for this connection.
Bad ServiceVery difficult to get their support person on phone. No benefit even if you get. I used to have issues with speed earlier. My connection is out now from the day of Cyclone Vardah - i.e., more than 20 days now. And no signs of it coming back.
