railwire will automatically disconnect the net after 30 days without any intimation. You have to follow up several times to recharge. They don't have any online payment option. Their customer care doesn't take any action for complaints. The don't have any complaint register system.All is well if the local operator is ok else ALL IS HELL. Don't waste huge on the modems which they say is advanced, fibre optic etc...The won't even refund the modem price after disconnection.Don't fell into railwire ...
It was really good, till a few days ago. Good speed, consistent connection, fare billing. and then connection started dropping, no connection for hours. And finally there was no connection at all. I was connected to your network but no internet. Contacted the local provider, poor soles had no clue. they checked signal strength and said all is good. Then I raised ticket on your portal. I am using Railware for the the last 2 years.Price is high compared to all other telecoms companies like BSNL, Asianet, Reliance,etc. I have been using the unlimited package of Rs.820 for the speed of 1Mps up to 20 GB of data usage and rest @ 512Kbs. I am using railwire for more than 6 months. Their service is horrible. I have connectivity issues atleast for a couple of times per day. For the past 3-4 months I called their NOC helpline to et if fixed. I called an average of two times a week. Unless the call is handed over to a good technical guy, it will take 20-60 mins for them to resolve a complaint.
