Disgusting service1 year ago I had taken this connection because I was convened by the sales team that this service is good and has fast internet I pay 1500 Bill n more than half of the time the connection does not work If I even watch a movie it takes forever to buffer. If I try reaching the number 180030007777 it never ever connects I m very disappointed with the service and I need this connection disconnected asap.
Poor service worst internet connectionMy internet connection connection was not work many time.... Its almost closed...... Call were not connect in care any time...
Reliance Broadband. Worst service. Even worst ethics.I live in Pune. By viewing the plans I opted for reliance broadband. But within 3 months the service started to stop every week for almost 3 days. When I ask for waiver the CC tells that the waiver will be provided only when service is stopped for at-least 72 hours. Even to connect to CC I had to keep on waiting for more than 1 hour and after that wait every time CC gave the same scripted answer that someone will call within 24 hours and the problem will be resolved. But as expected no one calls and the ticket closes. So after suffering for more than 2 months I asked to terminate the connection. CC tried their best to prolong the termination date and increase bill. So I sent termination request over email. That did the trick and they terminated the connection and confirmed last date over email. Now for the final settlement they sent the bill of full month and when inquired CC very rudely told to pay the bill or else face the legal action. I refused to pay the bill until it is corrected. Now everyday I get a call and they threaten and abuse to pay the bill. I have consulted my lawyer friend and I will be filing a case in consumer court. So anyone planning to go for this sh!t, learn from my experience and stay away from these thieves because you will surely loose your money and peace.
Poor service, worst internet connectionMy internet was not working since last 3 months. They never took any action of my complaints and always closed it without informing me. Their customer care member has no manners at all. Whatever I was asking to her she kept saying I don't know, I don't know. She said her name is Pooja (don't know it's real or fake). Guys please don't buy internet connection. It's so so poor. Now they are not even terminated my connection and sending me bills without internet.
my plan is quarterly 1990rs.It is very bad service. Its a very poor service. My suggestions is that u will not by the relience connection. B'coz its give me very bad customer care service. My net connection is not working. Nd thay ar not slove my problem. 1st sap.2016 i was pay my bill at 12pm and at 5 pm my conection was cut. Nd after 14 spt 2016 my problem was solve. And they r not give me refund my money.
Poor Customer Service of Not Working RelainceSomeone correctly names Reliance as Not Working ISP, believe this or no i have registered a complaint of connection not working on 14th Feb and today i am writing this review on 07-March and till now it is not fixed. Can anyone believe despite of many complaints no action has been taken and now they are chasing me to pay the bill of 1 month since connection is dead, and without shame instead of bill waiver because of their poor service and network they are offering me a discount in total bill if i make the payment. Reliance is mental harassment and poor ISP in Lucknow, my recommendation is not to go for it.

I had very bad experience and i am sharing it as i bought this connection in 2014 and after 3 months there were some problems on weekly basis then after 3-4 days some time dp is down some time server is not working,but i remained patient as it offers a great speed. Since nov 25 my connection is not working and despite my repeated requests nothing has happened every time i write a mail i receive a cyclostyle reply that your problem will be resolved within 24 hours on priority basis. More than 300 emails and 100 calls and after two months i m still waiting for my connection to work.

Reliance Broad Net Internet Service"Reliance Broadnet" "Internet Service" Dear All, I was an Airtel customer for a decade! As the service of Airtel becomes poor I quit the service and applied for "Reliance LAN line" and "Internet Service" on 22nd Nov 2016. Next day-23rd Nov 2016, the technicians were successful in establishing my internet but still they don't answer me properly regarding setting up my wireless as they expected Rs. 200 for assisting me with wireless. I informed them I would take care of the wireless and resolved it by myself on the same day evening. But the phone line was not working until the evening of 23rd Nov 2016. From evening the LAN line started working but partially only i.e. I can make calls but I can't receive any incoming calls. When I called "Reliance Customer Care" for clarifications on 23rd and 24th November 2016; either they are not knowledgeable or they don't want to help their customer but tried to get escape from their duties. On 25-11-2016, I called the Reliance Customer Care around 10:45 Am and reached a lady who told her name is Chitra, who is similar like other Reliance Customer Care agents who wants to escape from their duty. For the last two days every-time when I called for help, Reliance Customer Care executives tried to escape from their duties saying you have to wait for 48 hours without willing to listen to my issue?! Worst services, Always InterruptedWell the speed is quite well but the connection is interrupted. At any random time the connection will stop working with no effective support from customer care executive neither from their technical centers. They are concerned only for the bills and after that they do not bother about your problems. Huge time is taken by them to resolve a silly problem. Well in my case that was 6 to 10 days which I had to bear at least once in a month.
SPEED2mbps connection, getting 3 mbps speed. Have connected a wifi router and the speed remains the same. Service on the other hand is extremely poor. Plans are limited to 4 mbps, have to login to use the interent.

Frequent sever issue in vizagIam using this ISP for 20months and issue in server is damn high.. Regular fiber cut's( its not a underground network like bsnl ) at my place.. but the best part is constant speed 2Mbps( i can download upto 260kbps and hassle free buffering at 720p).. They take long time to rectify the issue may be 3days or week(s)
Very very badThe download speed is perfect but if you are a gamer then don't opt for this net plus there's no such thing as customer care here so don't waste your time. This might be the cheapest net here but it fulfills all the reasons to be cheap.

Pathetic RelianceHi, I have WiPod connection, bearing no: 9379126882. 5th of every month the plan should get reset and Pro3 should get activated. However, this month it did not happen. I have booked 2 complaints with reliance customer care and they closed the 1st complaint without checking whether the issues has been solved or not. I booked the 2nd complaint, no: 244 755 922 and whenever i contact reliance customer care i get silly reasons and till date the issue has not been solved. Also i got suggestion from reliance customer care representative to terminate the connection. My contact no: 994503720. Guys, reliance is fooling us all... First of all even Pro3 speed is not good, poor that 2G and their customer care sucks.. Please don't go for any sort of reliance net connection... -Shrivardhan BS Rao
Pathetic Customer Service.I had a very bad experience with them multiple times and finally with drawn my hand from them. They don't understand English nor Hindi( which was the worst part). They never care about the customer, they will call you every month 10 days before the bill due date asking to pay the money, but when you call them for help, they will never help you. They kept me waiting for 2 weeks and their tech never came. I would not recommend anybody to go for Reliance anymore.

Worst14.7 mbps ? it never crosses 1.5 mbps..and barely reaches 1 mbps. So the download speed you get is only 40-50 kbps. They don't respond to complaints and are rude.

Relince Communications has one of the Work Service Provider.Rcom service and customer care has very poor service. They didn't bother on the customer request. There CC toll free number is not working. If you try to write them mail the can register your request but never resolve it. it's like just raise the request and forget. if you try to write them back, they reply you with automated mail that you request is in progress and again forget it. Connection of reliance is not working half of the month but you'll get full bill for there pathetic service. Connection speed is OK. Price is ok for unlimited service but half of the month it's not working. And customer care services is worst and more then worst.

Reliance Netconnect+I used it for nearly two years. I mostly stayed abroad and wanted to use it only when i visited home, Ghazipur,UP during vacations. The services kept getting worse. Finally when i failed to have internet when i needed it the most, i decided that it was not worth having this data card. My complains with Customer care were an exercise in vain! Finally, i changed it to Vodafone and i feel satisfied. I just regret that i went for reliance in first place itself! They already had a notorious name for their Quality of Services..

Services will be provided if and only if you are luckyI have been a user of Reliance broadband since past 10 months. Here is a summary of my ordeal: After I made advance payment for installation: Was promised installation within 1 week: till 2 weeks, I was constantly calling the person who collected payment and the local engineer to come or send someone for installation. The collection person had the audacity to ask for "kharcha pani' to speed up the process! Day 1 experience: 2-3 hours after the installation, the connection stops working. Took 2 days to fix the problem. Month 1: Day 1 experience stretched over the entire month. Approx 50% downtime faced. But since, every time the connection started working within 2 days, they did not compensate me for the lack of service. Month 2-3: Approx 5 weeks of continuous disconnection. Reason: While Reliance was collecting bills from customers, it was not paying rent to the property owner where its 'box' was installed. So the property owner refused to power on the apparatus till payment was made. It took 5 weeks for the payment to be made!!! The customer care closed a couple of my complaints during this period, saying that the problem was solved. When I pointed out that the connection was still not working, they refused to reopen the complaint and told me to register a new one. I tried to contact a lot of people, ranging from local engineer to nodal officer. Each and every person proved useless and kept telling me to call some other person. Mostly, they switched off t
Forcefull Disconnection from RelianceI had a 10 pair broadband box on my terrace of which only 1 connection was in use to me,one fine day they needed the 60 ft 10 pair cable of my building giving fake reasons and used it in a place where that cable was stolen and told me that they will give back connection through single cable and these guys never came back,inspite of making complaints to customer service and nodal officer and they charged me for the next month as well.They give new connection in my area but not ready to reinstall my connection,loss of the installation charges.I made sure I didnt return them their ADSL modem and their Landline device.No reliance broadband henceforth.

I live in new Delhi-Lajpat Nagar and using this reliance broadband since one year. I recently shifted my house to the new place which is just 15 house away from the existing one where my connections is. I raised numerous complaints and request to shift my broadband through the customer care number. But they are very poor and lazy in sorting out the customer problems. Even after continuous followups, now they are saying that they cant shift due to feasibility problem after 15 days even not deputing any field person for inspection. Pathetic connectivity and customer serviceFor last 30+ days I am not getting connectivity Every time I call customer service they say the issue will get resolved in 24 hr or engineer will visit in 24 hr or you will get a call from our engineer in 24 our . But the fact is till now I have not seen any of these When I told them that I didn't received any call from you they either say that I am lying or engineer tried calling but your were busy on another call(depend who pick your call) In addition every time I call them a new complained gets filed saying that previous complained got resolved. I am not giving any rating because there is no negative option present
Worst internet with too low speedI gave complaint to customer care that my internet speed was not good for 3G plan. From past one month, daily I would call customer care and whenever I call, they would be telling "please wait for 24 hrs, Sorry for Inconvenience, we are working on it". That 24 hrs had exceeded one month. Still same statement. I hate Reliance network. Really very poor service especially in Bangalore 560083.
Reliance communicationsFrom Chennai Pros: Good speed and pricing is really competitive and the fact that it has no FUP is another plus . and i have been using it for past 9 months connectivity is really good and problems i faced is very very few ! CONS : appalling customer service ! yes its literally the worst . if you have problems you are literally doomed ! these guys you have to call thrice or quadraple times to get your issues fixed but the fun fact is these guys get the issue fixed in a day or so ! thats the another good part !
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FREQUENTLY DISCONNECTSi am using reliance broadband for nearly 1 year with pain, once in a 2 months or even 1 month get disconnect and I have to call the customer service (after waiting for long time and making several calls) they will register complaint and at least after 2-4 days they will solve the problem, lastly now for two weeks my connection is disconnected and i called the customer care, the technician came and he visited two times in a week after long waiting he could not fix it and closed the complaint status as fixed. There are two great minus points (purposely made) they have are like the credit card people (they will not have a physical office (all contracted back offices working secretly avoiding customers, only through phone we can contact) they can do anything, they can to cheat us and loot our money, you will get the bill only (very nice management system) what a customer service, here also no physical office to contact for service, only customer service, The site of reliance broadband also not having connection closing option detailed, all other options are there , very attractive. This is not a business, simply looting. They should cancel the connection within few days and settle the bill whatever if a customer wish. Then only it is really a customer care and the name Reliance. When will our people get real independence from these kind of people????
RELIANCE WI POD FRAUDReliance wi pod fraud I purchased Reliance Wi-Pod and I was promised that it will provide minimum 14 Mbps speed. From the Day 1 itself, its not able to open google, downloading speed is not exceeding 10Kbps!! We registered complaints, visited the Reliance office. Nothing happened. The executives who sold that Wi Pod, are not picking up the call. . Its a scam.i suggest everyone please do not Do not Purchase.
Pathetic at best, Reliably Unreliable.Very poor customer service, very poor connectivity, but extremely efficient in charging customers without providing service. I took their Broadnet Internet services, they charged Rs. 700 installation and Rs. 650 plan. In the first month itself, I didnt get connection for at least 15 days, they did not give a waiver also for no connection. In the second month also, no connection for 15 days and now I have finally disconnected and fighting for a waiver from the bill.
reliance wipodjust got the reliance wipod mini postpaid connection and i am living just above the reliance office in halls road kilpauk chennai which is like heart of chennai and i am getting a speed even below 2g , cannot even play a video in youtube at least quality i.e 144p , cannot even open facebook properly , you people claim speed of 14.7 mbps what i am getting is like 14 kbps ...my no 9381410302....reliance sucks did a great mistake of choosing reliance.....now i know how they got so rich i.e by cheating us

Very Customer UnfriendlyI took Thunder plan from RCOM and with in 3 months due to some technical problem there was no service. No clear response on service restoration when contacted their Call center but relentless follow-up to pay the bill!!!! Fed up to the core and had to terminate the connection. Least bothered about customer , even less bothered about the service being rendered
If you need legal notice then purchase reliance dongleHi, This Reliance communication Broadband his provides very very slow connection with very bad service only they need money they don't want customers, I previously used reliance dongle connection my bill cycle start from 18th from 18th, on last September I stucked in some financial issue so I not paid the bill, they disconnected on 19th September only on 5th of October I paid the bill my monthly rental is 500 day usage is 9GB and Night usage is 15gb, once payment has done on 5th October dongle activated they without informing reduced the data usage to day usage 5gb and Night usage 9GB I Received bill on 19 October my it's Rs 2500 I contacted customer service they telling are that they reduced my usage limit that's why bill is increased I asked without informed how can you do it But they told they sent mail but I not Received I asked how can do it without informed they got silent no answer call disconnected, I visited Reliance store I explained everything happened but they told please make payment else you will Receive legal notice, nobody was listening my problem, I called so many times to customer care none of them ready to help, in November I Received so many calls for making the payment I explained theme also nobody wants to hear my issue, on December I Received legal notice from lawyer in that mentioned within 15 days you have make payment else you have to pay double of that I very frustrated with this I made a payment it's close
