PatheticThey are the cheaters and believe in galloping money of others . They didn't provide me the connection and didn't refund my money also . A fraud ISP . Please don't fall into their trap . I would have given negative stars if that option had been there.
So far so good !Idk why people are crying over the service .. I mean I started with 10mbps connection now upgraded to 50mbps .. called for changing the router and it was installed the same day( 2hrs after I called support :D ).. connection is stable . Almost no downtime ... Service in my area seems to be pretty good after looking the comments section ????..
Too slowone of the worst ISP s right now.....u get only 5Mbps for 750 bucks.....5Mbps is actually 630 Kbps....worst internet connection

Heights of unprofessionalismI am very dissatisfied with this company.They have the worst customer service and management with their so called business.I am unwilling jotting down this complaint as I had worked with customer service for more than 7 years I understand how the business works, but this is unacceptable and illegal for a customer like me to face. I was forced to get a BB connection with this company but I prefer to go for other networks. But was given free 1 month service if I take the plan just for 6 months I was not excited over the offer but I was okay so took a connection.Then viruses started exploding can`t even browse for 5 minutes peacefully but I know how pathetic the management is so I let it go as it`s just for 6 months. Then here comes the epic scenario, I called the customer service and the first advisor I spoke to hung up. Here, comes the second one just like the first advisor she can`t understand what I was going through and they cant even speak in English while I pressed the English option button while calling the customer care.I asked for a supervisor after waiting for so long she said I`ll get a call back,I refused stating I`ll hold. Then minutes later, she came back with a ridiculous excuse stating they are not available because it`s holiday. WTF!! Are they serious, is this a real customer care I`m calling or it`s a scam?? That was the question I poke myself with. I have not gotten any calls it was just a joke whatever I have been through for them. And, those guys who got me the connection said they can`t do anything cause the promise was from Siti their job is just to fix the connection.So I have to eventually pay after 6 months for another month and as I`m shifting next month I am in a chaos state where I have to get the connection for one last month I didnt want to pay after all I have been through but i did not for me for my roomate who is preparing for exams. This is not going anywhere I need a reimbursement for all the things I have been penalised with and the promised of 1 month offer. I had not yet taken this to social media fix this or dig your own grave SITI....
only good till first 6 monthsIt is just like mtnl, it stop giving services after 6 months . Now a days i call the customer service regularly Basis.
Pathetic serviceRqstd 2 move services on 1st Sep sent rent agreement of new address 2 Essel group email. After 24 hours I calld dem for status & till that they didn't forward dat request. Sep 2 at 2:15 pm dey forwarded my request and now time is 3:14 Pm SEP 3 and still no called me or installed the service. Customer service is pathetic use only robotic language
DisgustingThey are the worst internet providers ever. The pack is recharged on 31st july for the month of july. On 2nd August, It stops working. Disgusting internet providers. All the providers will fix the issue from their end. These people will ask you to turn your router off then wait for 30 sec. Who does that. They are seriously the worst. I recommend no one to take up there internet connection.
DisastrousTerrible service multiplied by 1000 times.Â Â I Pay for a 5 mbps package, out of 30 days, 25 days the speed is less than 1 mbps, frequent download and upload test errors. The ping(reaction time for a webpage to open) is more than 350 today which is unimaginable and pathetic to say the least. Customer care team even worse. Bunch of idiots whose knowledge'about internet is nil. Their so called'engineers'(haha, that's what they call them) come, visit, have no clue how to solve the issue, replace the modem and go back. My modem has been changed four times in the past one year. I have tried explaining to them hundreds of times that the problem is not with the modem but their network but in vain. Time to change this pathetic service. P.S. Pathetic is an understatement. One star is chosen by default.would have given zero stars if allowed.
Not Good enoughPathetic experience on day 1. Taken a connection for 50 MBPS drops to below 1 MBPS. Totally irritating So far .
worst customwr care serviceI have been using 450 pack..But the newtwork speed is very bad.However,I went to the local branch to get the information why the network is slow?? They didn't no response. Few days ago the have been change ip address but they didn't need to tell me..I have many problem.on this connection. The worker is unresponsive.The service is very poor. When they came our home and sloved my problem the have changed 100 rupess.Why?? I want to a quick response.
