Spectra internet connection at homeVery poor connection and service provided. I have raised a request to close my connection to the customer care email ids and the toll free numbers, still every month getting SMS and emails saying payment pending and connection is still active etc...very unprofessional behavior from the customer care center, no one bothers about the proper closure of the service. finally every month keep getting alerts saying huge amount is still pending payment. Please make sure you have all the communication stored and kept for future to avoid penalties.
Worst ProviderWe have been calling the person for 4 days and he hasn't come to fix the issue yet. Just don't take the spectranet.
Worst serviceSpectranet promises of good connection... But they have the biggest business in making fools out of their customers .They have the worst after sale services. I have been trying to call the customer care for around 30-40 times in a day but there is no response from them . They come behind the customers like dogs wagging their tails for food when they want to offer a new scheme or for bill payment. They call everyday till I pay the bill but as soon the bill is paid they back off from their services and responsibility. I recommend no one to buy their service. Anybody of you feel this is just for defaming them. Trust me I am an engineering student and I know about connections and services and I am really fed up of their service .. feel free to contact me.it feels like they are stealing my hard earned money. Worst service provider. Very much unhappy.
Suckers at service once you pay for packageCan resolve a fault of agent at their end with billing. Whats more cant locate the agent who recieved the payment...dont you vet or do background check your employees...ridiculous.. SO painfully paid for 6 months in advance and they stopped my service after 2 months because the employee who collected payment ..ran away and wrote me a reciept on paper and said, you will get notified once payment get posted.. No there CS has no idea how to solve and have been investigating for 2 weeks..2 weeks and my service is stopped untill you solve a mistake by your own employee..obviously the customer is an idiot...well i just cancelled..money be damned... Okay speeds,torrent throttling presentTheir customer service is really really pathetic.the commonest line is I am sorry but nothing more that.customer reps are really really incompetent and resolution of problem take a long time if any.
SERVICE WAS GOOD FOR INITIAL 3 MONTHS BUT THEN IT BECAME MISERABLETHE SPEED OFFERED IS AMAZING AND IS INLINE WITH THE PRICE YOU PAY BUT THIS WAS ONLY FOR A COUPLE OF INITIAL MONTHS. NOW I HAVE TO RAISE A COMPLAINT FOR INTERNET CONNECTIVITY ON A DAILY BASIS AND STILL NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT IT. THEY CLOSE THE ISSUE WITHOUT EVEN CONTACTING THE CUSTOMER IF ACTUALLY THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED OR NOT.

Fraud - Took money but Connection not provided and not refunding as wellI am explaining you my case in below steps: 1. My older connection was disconnected on 16th Jan. Disconnection request raised on 10th or 12th Jan 2017. All my dues was complete and clear. I was told that connection is deactivated(dissabled) and if any bills gets generated for next cycle please ignore it. 2. On 12th Feb 2017, sales exective person - Mr. Balaji (mbl: +91-8879940014) visited my house for new connection 3. He explained me about plan Advantage (speed 20mbps, data: 75Gb, quaterly subscription, Amount-2397/-+ tax 15%). 4. He told that i will have to pay 2500/- (1000/- for installation and 1500/- for router) and in this 1st month will be free. 5. I paid Rs. 2501/- on 12th Feb to this Sales executive for new connection. 6. On 14th Feb, I got verification call from number- 01247116677. The executive told me instead of taking new connection we will enable/activate your early connection. I will not have to pay any dues. But i will not get 1month free. And Rs. 1000/- which was for installtion will not be charged and will be adjusted in next billing cycle according to new plan. He also technical team will send some one at my place with new router and he will do the configuration. I said ok to this. 7. Till date no one came with new router and no configuration has been done 8. On 18th feb, I got email of bill for period 18th feb to 17th March and the amount Rs. 2847/-. My concern is why I have been charged for previous connection which was already
SPECTRANET- worst internet providerI shifted to Spectranet going by there claim of speed and connectivity but within first month finding them the worst provider. Really disappointed with there service. Please don't even think of taking SPECTRANET connection. The claimed speed never get delivered, very high latency and connection is very in-consistant. Customer service is worst.
SPECTRANET has worst serviceThey have one of the worst services ever. I have a Spectranet connection and now am stuck with your damn service for 1 year. I was told during new connection that I can upgrade my service whenever I wish to. My connection was also applicable to quarterly payment with Cashback of Router as well. Now after 1 quarter, I wish to enhance my speed into another quarterly plan and I am being told that the Router cashback is not applicable. I was not told this while taking the connection. You are nothing but a money minting Service. I should not have taken your services only. Should have gone in for ACT which is more reliable and cheaper. Atleast they dont cheat which such kind of schemes. Would never recommend anyone to take this connection again.
