Can resolve a fault of agent at their end with billing. Whats more cant locate the agent who recieved the payment...dont you vet or do background check your employees...ridiculous.. SO painfully paid for 6 months in advance and they stopped my service after 2 months because the employee who collected payment ..ran away and wrote me a reciept on paper and said, you will get notified once payment get posted.. They have one of the worst services ever. I have a Spectranet connection and now am stuck with your damn service for 1 year. i used 2mbps unlimited plan, where speed needs to be 240kbps , i never had to compromise with speed during any time i was getting a stable speed, and for Games a ping of 56 always stable.. but it came with great cost of 1.7k and service was via local operator, not by spectranet directly and if any problem was there in connection it took ages to solve.. ...

worst service and every day atleast they stop the service for 3-5 hours. This comes in regular practice. If any day you get service properly be alert next day it is not going to for half day minimum.
