Spidigo BroadbandWorst service provider ever in each and every segments. I would not prefer to single one to get this broadband.
Totally bad broadband service.We have purchased broadband service from spidigo for 18 month.during the period, net was worked very slow.sometimes speed was very slow.so thought that mobile connection is better then spidigo broadband.during 18 month net was disconnected 20 to 25 times.we had to call to support centre then they would sent their technical person after 3 to 4 days.so very tired with this service, so decided to cut the connection.i already cut connection from 3 month but still not get refund cheque only rs500. and I am calling then no one is receiving call.already tried to lots of call & email with support team.but no one is giving right answer.even not single email is replayed by anyone.when I sent email for new broadband quotation then immediately I got response.but when I sent email for refund of connection so nobody give the answer.so manerless.don't go with spidigo.
WorstKindly go for it only if you are not able to get any other service provider. Salient features: 1. Worst quality equipment 2. Untrained and raw technician; they even try to cheat you. 3. You cannot escalate your complaints. You have to depend only on call centre and support e-mail Id, Corporate office does not have its own e-mail account, telephone number. Promoters are unknown.to its customers. 4.There are no short time plan, perhaps your security deposit will never be returned.
Not reliable -bad customer serviceWhen it's working it's ok but when it goes down hard to get support. You can open a ticket but they keep on closing and no escalation process to resolve the issue. You are stuck being down for 24-48 hours until, they dispatch a technician to visit your location.
Worst service everGoing to sue Spidigo real soon. They are fraudsters in the real sense. To talk to customer care, you have to wait for at least 15 min. After that they have the same reply, " technician has been informed. He'll visit in a day. I'm setting a reminder for him" to
PatheticDont buy Spidigo Service ever. A big ZERO for them. Internet Speed. : For internet speed mapping first you need working spidigo broadband connection. Connection Reliability : ZERO reliability Service and Support : ZERO support . You will get only customer care number where they have only one answer YOUR COMPLAIN IS REGISTERED AND ISSUE WILL SORT OUT WITHIN 48 HOURS. and I am still amazed with their clock, i still dont know what they mean by 48 hours. No one is hear your complain nor they have any dedicated help line person or contact number.
Worst worst nd worstIt downs many times almost every 2 or 3 days... Nd worst things is dat no one comes to solve ur problem.. While i write this its a six day of complaining but no one come still date.. Customer care person told everyday.. It is on process engineer will come.. Worst service provider.. If u value for money dont even think to buy it.. I had to go head office lets see if they can help me or just fooled me.. I m going to disconnect it

Beware of spidigo. Bhago Spidigo aaya. full wastage of money. worst after sale service. if you are a spidigo customer and till now you have not faced any problem than you may think i am wrong, but as you face any technical problem the moment you contact their customer care number you can understand why i am saying this. Spidigo is the Worst Company in Ahmadabad.
Worst Experience Ever!!Don't Ever Buy This Service,I had to cal every day to support to get the speed which i subscibed for.And they have only one to say that your solution will be given within 48 hours.But they give only shit solution within 48 hours like "The problem is solved from our side now you check at your side". and before i explain that its not solved at my side they disconnect the call. so again i had to call , wait for queue for my no on call(& its not toll free) for min. 15 minutes after they answer the call and just re open that complain no.This cycle is repeated every time but at the end i do not get the speed that subscribed for. It seems like they are not wiling to give service to customer.
It's poor service provider i think.No good or stable speed, not stability, not good in service after complaintâ€‹. They never gave me happiness for what i gave money. I don't recommend spidigo. Transparency between company's employee nd company is not good enough i think.
