Poor customer servicePoor customer service : Tata docomo took advance amount from me and did not provide me broad band connection. The customer care is saying they can help me only if I provide the broad band connection number. I informed them several times, that I dont have the broad band connection and they need to assistance based on the acknowledgement number provided on the receipt while taking advance. But still they are asking for broad band connection number. How can I provide them the connection number if they dont give the broad band connection? Very poor customer support by tata docomo customer care. And seems like I lost my money.

Worst Service EverWorst Broadband service only wants payment on time no service , frequent disconnection , even after complaining their technicians come fixes, works for a day again problem reoccurs, fake promises, and gives legal notices to take money but does not work on their quality , worst service ,worst people will not recommend to any one waste of money
Speeds as promised and never goes downVery reliable connection in Ernakulam, and speeds are as promised. Switched from Asianet unlimited, due to reliability issues, to Docomo 2mbps unlimited and have never had an issue. I use this connection to work from home. Never been able to safely do that with Asianet. The customer care is also good. All this did come at an a higher rate, but it's worth the money.

Money not refundedAdvance payment was done for four months. Did not get the service for more than three months. Registered more than 100 complaints as was not able to disconnect the service because the payment was made for four months. Now after four months, when the advance is completed, i get refund of three days that is only rupees 326 instead three months of no service. they can see only 5 complaints in the system instead of more than 100 complaints. Never go for this ISP as they take advance payment and do not provide service. After wasting your four months, you have no option. Rating mentioned, do not have any lesser option than Poor. Or else the service is pathetic.
Great Speed, Poor ConnectionThe plan is quite unbalanced. Such high speeds for only 10 GB download which too is very overpriced. I am getting very good download and upload speeds but there is a constant issue of the connection going down and sometimes causes irritation during important system updates and downloads. Customer service too isn't very responsive. They changed my router saying it may be the cause of loss of connection, but things haven't improved much.
GoodRarely goes down, or when you miss monthly payment ! Customer service is very good & never held hostage, using it for few years now.
BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORTI am facing issues in TATA Broadband internet connection from past 3-4 days. The issue is i am getting constantly ping drops (even when i ping to ISP Gateway or any site or Gobal DNS) and due to this my connection is not working 3-4 days. Finally I logged complaint today (complaint id:553004067) and told executive that it should not be get closed without my confirmation. she told me I will get call from technical department in one hr hence i have waited for 1 hr and after that I have again called customer care and they told me that my complaint is closed and I have given confirmation WOW TOTAL LIE I have not received a single call even the connection is still not working while i am righting this. TATA is trusted brand and this kind of support is not expected, This has happen in past also finally I think I should write this because if this is happening with me then it may be happening to others also. WHY the complaints are getting closed without resolving or any confirmation from client? Seniors from TATA Broadband should look into it and educate the tech team not to follow this kind of miss handling process. We are not idiots to log complaints and we dont even do it for fun. Please I always trust TATA it is one of most trusted brands and I love TATA but this kind of support is not expected. Please help me to resolve my issue asap..
Cheating offer!Hi, couple of days before, I switch over to Docomo postpaid network with an attractive offer of Rs. 5000/- Flipkart. which is given by docomo and partner with Couponduniya.in. After the connection, activate you will get a message from docomo to a portal link and a password too. Both the link and password is for eye washing. You will get direct offer's in Couponduniya.in. if you login. we don't required this docomo link and password. useless by TATA Docomo? I mailed many time Regarding this, I got only the reply staying that, "this auto reply, our Executive will contact within 24 hrs" till now, there is no solution! And Network issue. If you are using 3G in other network in other sim slot, network which Docomo sim slot is not getting signals properly.when I complain regarding this, they reply please switch to 2g. This is not the proper solution. Guys, please be alert
Worst service in last 3-4 monthsI am using tata docomo broadband since 2012, initially their customer service was spot on. In last 5-6 months their net service is also improper so as customer care, I haven't seen such pathetic customer care in my life.
FREQUENT DISCONNECTIONVery frequent discoonection. now its almost every 10 minute its disconnecting in day time. Repeated complaints but their technician is not able to address the issue. I'm changing the service provider.
Little overchargedI wanted an economical plan but at 1 Mbps for 1099 feel little overcharged as with free landline it works out to 1473 per month.
Worst ServiceThey are the worst f**king service providers..Never opt for them.they pi**ed off me with their pathetic services.Never trust their services.They don't provide you the speed they originally offer to you.
WORST SERVICE.The internet disconnects every few minutes and despite repeated complaints all we have to show for it is a list of "complain numbers" and resolution dates, The issue itself is NEVER fixed. Please save yourself the hassle of dealing with Tata DOCOMO.
PoorThis is the reason I switched from Docomo to Airtel. I was using Docomo for last 3 years. I had to change my address but the Docomo guys didn't help in getting the connection shifted in fact they suggested to go for some other connection in my new address.
Resolution date, after resolution date after resolution date.The internet goes down more often and all the executives at Tata seem to do is advance the resolution date every time I point this out. Every few minutes or so it disconnects and no matter how often I call tata it doesn't help.
HathwayGreat experience.. I've used it for 2 years in Surat.. My plan was for 25 mbps and I used to get this speed most of the time.. Unfortunately, its not available in ahmedabad.
Tat docomo- pathetic serviceDue to their "best" service i disconnected after not having internet for a month. Even without internet, surely you will get the bill. Pathetic service and support. Dont go for it.
Bad serviceI have used it at Kelambakkam. Around 5 outages every month. 7-10 days you have to live without internet. Plan: 2Mbps/50GB/1700Rs.
DecentUsed for 3 months in Blueridge Pune. Had max 5 outages not more than 15 minutes. One was long and lasted upto and hour. Speed is consistent too.

nicein cities like rajahmundry, the connection is not seo good. speed was pathetic. but now in city like vijayawada, the speed is just amazing. not paid review or anything but to say all games are fine and facebook loads fast.

Bad ConnectionsI have been using Tata for almost 2 years now because there's no other ISP with similar plans. However, I would advise against subscribing because my internet is down almost every 3-4 day.
