Tikona offers dispute, cheat customer and gives trouble. and tVery bad experience with tikona. Once connected with Tikona, you cannot disconnect. They impose advance and bogus bills. Afterwards Tikona threatens, for 15 years jail, by using the name of Lawyer's and court. They demand money for settling the case.
Worst service provider! can make you life mess.Tikona has all of the following features: Poor customer care service. Connection can get lost anytime. Once you complain on their customer care number, an automated voice would only tell you to restart the router and that they would call you back within 48 hours. Just imagine 48 hours !! My experience with Tikona did not stop here. I was shifting from the location to a newer one, therefore, I decided to get rid of this pathetic service. I called their customer care service to close the connection. I had already paid their bill. Even after the closure request, they would call me every other 5 days to pay the outstanding amount which I had paid already but they never agreed. They kept on bothering me that I have been using the connection for x more number of days. I told them that I already have shifted from that location the very next day itself. I did not pay. They did not stop here. They put up a court case and sent legal notice to me to pay a mere amount of Rs.1300. I believe, you would not want to get into such a mess.
bad serviceThis is the worst isp ever i have come accross . tikona is fake guys i request you no to take tikona service, they first force you to take their service and after taking service their service only few days their net wil work and then the newt completly stops, then we have to raise compaints and top of that their bloody executives dont hve manners to talk to customers all are pretty bastards , they wil say our executives wil come in 2 days , then surprisingly their executives come not in 2 days but he come in almost 10 days and these fuking tikona people keep on charging you even if ur net is not working. Then after the executive recheck the net suddenly starts wand the executive gives no reason of why it was not working.All are fools. after some days they give you a long list of bill and you have to pay for the net you have not used. I had face a horrible problem with their net i have almost stopped using the net service and i have clearly mentioned in my mails to stop the service they said within 40 working days my service wi be stopped but they are such fuking bastards that they dint stop my services for 2 month and they kept on charging us. and the most funny thing is god knows from where they were charging when we hve already removed the wire and kept aside still they were charging this shows how fake they are. now they are askiing us to pay 1000 rs plus late charges 600 asholes
Tikona worst service providerWorst Broadband service. Once given connection nobody will come for help. and after frustration if you try to remove this broadband be ready to face harassment from them. It is around 3 months that I am trying to call them and mail them to disconnect. But no action . and continuously they are increasing bill to be paid. Putting Fine and all. Beware of this worst company.
Tikona is the Worst broadband service providerExtremely poor service from Tikona.installed internet broadband services 1 mth ago.in this period the connection went off for 10 days.customer care promises to resolve but nobody is actually doing smthing.they just know how to talk.the technicians are not picking calls most of the time.no sense of responsibility from their side.
Worst serviceNever use tikona. Customer service rubbish. Internet speed very slow. Always having an issue with the the speed. They call and frighten to pay the amount of the month in which internet was not used. I email them thrice to stop my connection even then they threatened me to pay the bill for that month. worst than worse services of tikonai must say that using tikona broadband services was like a torture to me. anything else other than tikona is good. even your 2G services will serve you better than tikona. i highly degrade tikona services and recommend everyone to discourage such poor internet service provider.
The most F***led up serviceAn absolute crap service... Not an inch of knowledge to retain their customers... They keep frustrating you with their reminder calls way before the bills due date.... While customer still face network issues.... I hate myself for having chosen Tikona... The name itself sounds similar to the word Please Tikona(I wonder whether its requesting Tue customers or the network...:p)
