TIMBL BROADBAND 0% RATING / RECOMMENDATION!!0% Recommendation!! Awful Network, Speed & Connectivity!! Have had a new connection for a month now i.e. suppose to run speeds of upto 30mbps. Whereas live running speed is .05mbps to 2mbps.... even which does not work most the times, have complained for over 20 times in the last 30days!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! COMPLETE CRAP!!!! WASTE OF MONEY, TIME & ENERGY!
best broadband serviceThe best broadband service ever! I am a designer and require high speed internet which doesn’t trouble me while I am working on a project.And Timbl Broadband has given me the right kind of internet service. I am able to easily download heavy files and even use online softwares as per my requirements. It seems the best one for me as compared to other broadband connections I have tried. Quick installation, good support service, polite team, awesome signal strength and no connection breakage. Prices might be slightly higher than other BT services but goes well with the quality they provide so I don’t think that creates a problem as long as I get to enjoy fast speed internet and great signal strength!
Best ServiceI am amazed with the services I have been enjoying from Timbl Broadband. It is simply outstanding! I did not had to wait for long to get my installation request addressed and then they sent this humble engineer to install the connection who helped me with everything since I am not much into technical stuff. The internet was also active in less than two hours so the whole process seemed to be pretty fast. The prices are worth the service and I don’t want to get back to anything lower than this. I just enjoy good internet speed and assistance from Timbl.
Waste of your hard earned money..I m user for 1 year and have been struggling to get the connection speed corrected. But no action from their end apart from verbal assurances. I m a reasonable customer thats why i tolerated them for 1 year but no more now. the speed is like 0.01 mbps, screen shot made available to them if any body wants it I can share as well. Pathetic customer service. very frequent break down with no messages. You have to ask them for message in case there is technical breakdown.
WrostWrost internet I have ever had .... I recommend to every user please do not use timbl broadband ...I have called many times in their service centre regarding net issues but they won't be able to solve any of them...it's a humble request to everyone please ignore the timbl broadband...
Poor@timblinternet Dear Gurgaon Internet Users Please never use Timbl services as most of the time they will be out of service At the time of application you have to pay security of â‚¹1500 for an instrument costing â‚¹700 Whenever you ask for disconnection they respond that it will take 15 days but whenever you chase the answer will be same Their next step will be they will ask for transfer your account to someone and get the security for them After 15 days when ask them to provide the status they will ask you no complaint was lodged If you are relocating then you will not wait for connection to be disconnected and proceed with the relocation and they will earn money because you will not be able to submit back the routers This is their way of earning money Just for an example: i submitted disconnection request on 10th September and i received multiple calls to recharge my account or transfer it to someone else but nobody answer the status of disconnection request Then on 27th September when you again chase for disconnection they said the request was raised on 26th September and it will take 15 days A very simple way when they the person is relocating and they will not have to pay â‚¹1500 refund of security Timbl customer id: 2008153 #Timbl #timblinternet
BAD service by timbli am using timbl connection its tottaly wrost one broadband its promise to giving uh 10 mbps speed but in reality its gives uh 48kbps downloading speed and 128kbps uploading speed , its totally radulant company and also their customer care assistance was too bad i was talk to Mrs. pimla (floor supervisor) her talking sense was like illiterate personality and too arrogant . she say u can apply for disconnection . its wrost one experience by timbl i humblyreq. to all please avoid and boycott timble service their is many other option excpt this fradulent company
Speed is superb in download and sitting in computer but it's average via Wi-Fi.The only issue is that they don't have any toll free number for complaints. And when you call them it costs you an average of 10 Rs per call.
Timbl BroadbandBest internet service Provider getting 20 Mbps down + upload. At the starting i was not getting constant speed. To fix this, i used the open dns server ( you can use google dns also ). Timbl Broadband recharge gateway issueTimbl is forcing to pay for 3 months subscription in advance. I tried recharging my account but, first 2 attempts were failed and 3rd attempt was successfull. I called customer care 5 times and informed about the same. As per them the recharged amount for 2 times would supposed to be refunded to my bank in 3 days but it never happened the amount now lying in Timbl wallat it means this is new way to get the subscription activating in adavance for 3 months! I am really disappointed with their service also and in the past 1 months I have to call them 13 times to fix the internet. They share you bandwith with other clients. Very poor service.
WORSTWorst service n support. I had to make 35 complaints in 2 months and finally I had to cut off my services. My refund which was due in 5 days of termination, was given to me at 8th day after giving threat of legal action. 0% service and 0% value for money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
timbl broadband is very good internet services provideri have a timbl connection and it work's without interruptions so i loved it and also customer care services its really very good and give response as soon as possible.....so guyz forget the nextra or tikona i know these broadband and its provide you the cheaper services so forget this ISP only timbl....is the best for me....
Feaud company and Worst customer care service I have ever experiencedThe company is a completely fraud company. It promises something and delivers nothing. The internet connection gets dirupted continuously. Customer care service is the worst which I have ever experienced. No attention is paid to customer grievances and it takes too much time to answer your query and it is also not confirmed that whether the problem would be resolved or not. I would recommend to never adopt for this internet connection
Timbl is fraud companyTimbl is a pathetic company.they make the people fool .they even don't have paid worker to solve issue.they higher students ,make them fool , take free service for few months and then fire them without salary.this is their business.they are fraud .i never saw such a fraud ever.
Really worst experience everI switched over to Timbl over Nextra... This was the worst decision ever. Since day one they are not able to maintain the speed. I am subscribed to 40 Mbps speed and I have never seen it beyond 22 Mbps and today I am getting 2 Mbps.....
Deserves an absolute ZEROThe company is merely holding up it's promise of symmetrical speed, and EVERYTHING ELSE is just honey-coated, overrated, fund-magnet schemes which are intended to basically defraud and deceive a consumer. I have been one since January 2017, and since past two months, not a day has been passed where I have not contacted Timbl Support Centre. Oh god the support is such pathetic that it will make unfulfilled promises of having the issue resolved within 1/2hrs, while problems will not be resolved within 48hrs. And the best part about BEING WORSE is the mental and financial harassment that I am being subject to. I have to talk to a Timbl guy EVERY DAY, more than 5times I assure you, my money is being spent on calls, my money is being spent on Mobile Data services (net), my money is being spent on the non-working broadband connection by Timbl (WHICH I SINCERELY REGRET). When all of this is done, trust me you will not be able to concentrate on work as a Timbl guy will call you every hour asking whether net is working, and by the time you find peace, you also find dawn, you know why? Probably because working hours of technical team are over. I really regret being a consumer of Timbl.
Really pathetic customer serviceThe internet gets disconnected very frequently. And most importantly the customer service is really poor, I can say the worst customer service. There is no proper customer grievance redressal mechanism. And company does not take your problem seriously and keeps on delaying the redressal mechanism. And if you still opt for the service then never trust your local distributor regarding any payment. Always pay your bill online because you never know when the distributor would quit the company and company also refuses to take accountability of distributor.

Pathetic, non-dependable, money succursYou can never reach them quoting your customer ID or RMN. Useless customer service folks, don't they how to respond to queries. If you have options, please don't go for them. Absolute waste of time n money

timbl broadband is a nightmare, took the money but never installedAbsolutely stay away from this service, its really bad. I don't have any good options in my area (sector 21, Gurgaon) so I asked for a connection installation to Timbl agent (No. 9643355095, Yadav). This guy was very vocal about how good their service is. My Nightmare started after that, my account was registered very next day and was told that connection will be installed in 3 working days. 5 days (all working) went by but connection did not got installed. Asked for a refund but that didn't happen either. The above mentioned agent Yadav stopped picking calls and customer care is also going round and round. These guys are basically thieves, and others who got this conn. installed in my area (after much hardship) are not happy about speed. Guys stay the hell away from them...
worst everThis is perhaps the worst internet connection in broadband ever. Even the customer service is poor. Multiple calls to customer care no revert no solution. High priced considering the service I was warned though.
PoorHave opted for a 30 MBPS plan in dwarka sector 18. But after first 2-3 weeks, the speed downgraded to less than half. I called the customer care guys but even after two months of constant touch with customer care, the speed was not restored. The technician visited 6 times but of no use. So, I am changing my ISP.

Timbl Internet ServiceI have never ever seen such a pathetic services of internet lease line. Do not opt for timbl ILL.
Internet speed is good but limit is low and price is highUsing from last 1 week and found no issue with the service. Promised speed. Cost is high as compared to my previous plan but low compared to other ISP in term of Installation Charges, Security Deposits and Connectivity. No Installation charges. Only Security deposit of Rs 1500 ( Which is refundable on surrender of connection and the Wifi Router). Fast activation.
